Light duty but functional.

The box is a pool deck box for us. It was very easy to assemble and it looks good. It is light and doesn’t stay completely square. The spring shocks on the lid work well. We have had 350 pounds of people sit on it and it holds up well. When you shut the lid you have to push the box square so it will shut tightly. All in all it’s a good box for the price.

Good storage box but pain in the butt to assemble!

Once I got it together, it's sturdy, good looking and looks like it'll be around with us using it for a long time but I have to say after trying to put it together for 1 1/2 hours, I was just about to sending it back. The instructions are terrible, not clear, and the pics aren't clearly marked whether you have the right side up or down, whether they're clicking together correctly or not. If I had to say one thing is, the company that made this, needs to let some people put it together that have never put their product together. True enough, I now could put it together in about 30 minutes but it took about 1 1/2 hours of experimenting and finding out how it wouldn't go together. After about 1 1/2 hours I finally figured it out, NO THANKS to the instructions that came with it. When you look at the instructions, you have no idea that it's going to be this hard until you see what doesn't fit unless you lucked out on the first try! It is good quality if and when you can get it together! Advise the manufacturer to improve vastly the instruction booklet. Put correstponding letters on the pieces to be put together to begin with would make it easier instead of having us trying to compare the pics that aren't really too clear at all! Other than that, we like it and it'll be around for a long while at our house on the porch!!! Thanks goodness for barely enough patience!!!

Don't buy from Lowe's dot com

They didn't give me the color that I ordered. I doubt that it is waterproof like the description says, especially if there is standing water. And every time I go to pick up my internet orders at Lowes I have to wait almost an hour. And by the way they only have self checkout now--no more human checkers.

Excellent quality. I bought 2. I won't lie, putting it together was a bit of a challenge, you need a rubber mallet to assist you that is not in the directions. Maybe it could be added to help others in the future.

its big and dry

the lock is a little tricky to navigate but we were able to find one that works. set up was easy, pit all my lawn tools in it and they have stayed dry throughout the rainy season.

Great Storage Unit

We purchased this based off a recommendation from %23Laurensazhome Instagram account we follow. It looks great. Easy to assemble and it keeps our firewood dry and bug free.

To contain over size cat pan

This was perfect to put my oversized cat pan and dry food bag in it. Little tricky to get the cylinder on but it worked out. Just follow the instructions closely. No more cat litter on floor. My 2 boy cats love the privacy.

perfect for recieving packages . looks good on my front porch. keeps packages safe and dry out of sight of would be pirates. strong enough to sit on . now my family doesnt worry about deliveries.Super easy to assemble in 5 min.

Top collects rain water

Def doesn't seem strong enough for anyone to sit on. After the first rain I realized the top has grooves from side to side, ending at the raised parts meant to hold a cushion. Because they didn't make these grooves front to back, rain water pools on the top until you wipe it all off. Overall very bad design and pretty weak.

Super flimsy and cheap - front and top don't align

First of all, the instructions for this are pretty abysmal. Luckily, it's pretty intuitive to put together.

Great value for money

I bought this for my kiddos outdoor toys like bubbles and balls and etc. Its the perfect size for them to get into on their own. I love the quality and simple assembly. We shall see how it stands up to the elements but I am happy with it so far!

Very easy to assemble

It has huge storage for our outdoor furniture cushions. Very easy to assemble. You might need a rubber mallet hammer for part C, the base of the storage. Other than that, it's super easy to set it up. It's very strong. It's not issue for me, and my three little girls sit together on it.

Very good item.

It was delivered couple days after I purchased. So fast! I installed it by myself. It comes with a clear instruction and easy to install. It takes about half hour to do it. The quality is good and I like the design. Will buy it again when I need another one.

Very sturdy patio storage bin

My patio needs a storage bin for garden clutter, and I found it! I bought the black one, which can shade the sun. The capacity is very large and very sturdy, an adult sitting on the top of the lid will not shake, it is also easy to assemble, I'm going to buy another one for the backyard.

Great outdoor storage

This bin is huge. I use it to keep cat food, cat litter, and laundry detergent. Assembly is fairly easy. I wasn’t able to attach the lid so I just placed the lid on top. So far the items inside have not gotten wet. I would definitely buy again if I needed to. I do recommend this patio bin.

Works!

The build is easy and it keeps our cushions dry! The size is why we bought this. It fits our outdoor seat cushions laying out flat. No more wet backsides! haha. The plastic could be more robust. The top is a little wiggly when you open and close it. I suspect this will not stand up to rough duty. We have it in shade all the time so I am not concerned about the thin plastic being effected by the sun. After several weeks of intense rain I can say it does the job!

[Rewarded Review] Great solution for deck storage and extra seating

This deck box is well designed and thought out for both assembly and residential use. It comes in a flat pack, but the instructions are clear and simple, the parts are stamped for identification and they snap together precisely (a hammer may be handy to help seat the larger pieces). The basketweave pattern is nice, the taupe color works well with a deck, the hydraulic struts (the only screws required) on the top are a good touch, and the ability to lock it is smart. It will hold cushions or covers for a table and chairs with ease. And it is plenty strong for seating or serving.

Great buy

Ordered this for all the things that stay outside. My husband put it together very easily (and he is not the kind that likes to do this sort of stuff). Snapped together mostly and then some screws for the hinges for the lid and viola! Holds a lot too! Kids bounce house, sand toys, bubble machine, chalk, and 5-6 cousins for a couch and chairs. I like the look of it as well, not an eyesore in the backyard.

I read reviews saying it was difficult to assemble but I was able to put it together in under 30 minutes. It looks very nice n seems to be pretty sturdy, not to mention all the interior space n the ability to lock up your goodies. I'm super happy with it. Let's see how it holds up to the Florida elements 😉
