Post broke off

The 7/16" steel mounting post broke off in normal use two days after installation. An obvious quality problem, the post should have held up under far more stress.

Product broke off at the stem of 3 wheels

Broke the first time I sat in the chair.

The shafts were very brittle and one snapped off during installation and another a short time later. Manufacturer replaced them

I had them about 10 days and one of the wheels broke.

Not What I Expected

I have used these type of chair wheels before. This unfortunately had a bad weld or something. I put them on my office chair at work this morning. Right before I was leaving a heard a snap and two of the wheel casters snapped away from the chair through me to the floor. They snapped off to a point to where I am going to have to drill out the piece or take the chair apart and bang them loose with a hammer. Please be careful with this poduct.

Great. Used them on my gas grill

I expect this is going to protect my laminate floor much better than the original casters.

3 in. Polyurethane replacement castors

Well made, non-marking castors. Great for older office chairs.

Have these on a vintage wooden office chair for three weeks now. They are an upgrade to plastic wheels which were an upgrade to original metal wheels. Installation was fast and simple. The chair moves effortlessly on a glass mat over carpet yet locks into place when needed. Excellent overall.

Great casters to replace the stock casters on an office chair

I never received this item. My customer service experience was terrible and it is not the first time. I will be avoiding ordering anything from Home Depot in the future.

The office chair is on carpet and the product claimed to make the chairs glide easy without the need for a plastic floor mat. Lies! It made the problem worse! Both chairs just dig in to the carpet and work like breaks. Waste of over $50.

The original wheels on our office chair were falling apart. Swapping to these was very easy, and now the chair glides like a dream :-). They feel solid enough that I suspect they'll outlive the chair, and then I'll move them to the new one.
