Happy with the quality

I have been looking for new dishes for a while and am very happy with these. Most other sets said they scratched easily so the fact these don't is great and they are a nice weight and chip resistant.

Beautiful, but not sure how sturdy

Nice product, but one of the plates broke very fast. Not sure if this was already defected on not.

Beautiful but smaller than used to

Beautiful looking dinnerware but eating area on dinner plate much smaller than we were used to .

Not worth the money

These dishes are beautiful to look at but not practical. The dinner plate is small and hard to wash . I purchased a set of black and a set of white . My husband hates them . They are very noisy as your firm touches the plate. Like nails on a chalkboard. I wish I could return them .

Loud scratchy noise!

I love them, but they make a loud, scratchy noise as the utensils touch the surface! Unfortunately, I tried them late, and by the time I wanted to return them, one day had passed from the end of the return window! :-/

Most beautiful

We were pleasantly surprised when the dinnerware was 50% off. We have been eyeing this set for a few years now but we were not sure because when you use cutlery on it, it lets out a painful screech but we couldn’t find any other set which was more beautiful. So we decided to get them still despite the annoying screech.

Great new look!

Beautiful quality product. Love these dishes. Very contemporary love the no gloss look of the finish. I bought both black and white to mix and match. Perfect for us.

Eloquent

Smaller than I expected. However, the served the purpose to have my table setting to have an eloquent appearance.

Not as good as they look

These fishes are beautiful, but regular silverware marks them, so I had to return complete set. Warning.

Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock Plate 12 Pc. Set

This plate set is made very well, modern, yet elegant. I purchased the black color and absolutely love them. The fact that the dishes in Manufacture Rock set are not glazed adds to their uniqueness and enhances their presentation. In addition to the plate set, I purchased coordinating rice and pasta bowls, to complete the set.

Absolutely love these dishes! Beautiful. Held up in the dishwasher. No scratches after the first thanksgiving dinner.

Worth the wait

I first came into contact with your beautiful products while going to a local steak house and instantly fell in love with the rawness and high quality of china. Snapped a photo and a year later, received these as a gift for Christmas. Love them and so worth the wait!
