Every day, I look forward to my HigherDOSE sauna blanket. 🥰 I’m able to decompress, focus on my breath & let the stress from my day melt away. I have always enjoyed saunas & when I learned about infrared benefits & how it helps with longevity - as well as inflammation, body pain, stress, etc. - at 36 years old & suffering from chronic migraines, I had to figure out a way to enjoy infrared sauna more often. I have access to saunas, but it takes time to travel. Then along came the HigherDOSE sauna blanket - Easily accessible, underneath my bed, available at any time of day, whenever I craved it. 🪄 I typically enjoy in the evenings as a way to ease into my night routine knowing it helps me sleep deep & like a babe. I’ll set my vibe lighting palo santo, a candle, drink some chlorophyll water & heat the sauna blanket to 7. I’ll slip into the blanket insert & once it beeps, I’ll cozy in with my earbuds, ready to chill. I absolutely love how you get to lay on the ground (grounded) & how cozy it fits around your body. In 15-min, I start sweating but understand that’s when the magic starts as the toxins begin to release from my body & I begin to relax deeper. (Queue towel & husband to help wipe off sweat 😅) Once the clock hits 35-min, I’ll be drenched in sweat, slowly get out of the blanket, & jump into a cold shower for 1-3 min to boost endorphins more. Yay to contrast therapy at home too! 🙌🏼 After enjoying the sauna blanket for 2 weeks daily, I feel more at ease, energetic, my skin is glowing, & my migraines/stress tension headaches have been kept at bay. 🙏🏼 I’m grateful for this incredible product & all the education, care, thought that went into it from HigherDOSE. Love it!

I love how it makes me sweat. Had it for about 4 years now. It’s a convenient spa at home experience. I wear a clean cotton shirt, sweat pants and a pair of socks while using it. I also place a towel around me. This avoids hot spots and absorbs sweat. After about 30 minutes (sometimes longer) I emerge feeling totally rejuvenated and my face is glowing. Love it!

Works well

I have enjoyed using this. I also bought the towel insert, which is a very thick terry cloth sleeping bag shaped towel. It is a bit awkward to figure out how to get in the towel, then get in the sauna blanket and zip it up, but not difficult once you have done it. It feels really good after using and there was no need to clean out the sauna blanket after due to the towel insert soaking up any sweat. It gets hot, and works easily without any complex controls. It is large, but not that heavy, so fairly easy to move around.

It didn’t get warm enough to sweat. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. I specifically didn’t like the need to have your ankles rotated outwards while the cover pressed on the ankles.. very uncomfortable for sessions longer than 10 minutes.. I waited almost an hour to sweat in this but didn’t. I think there should be more room for your feet
