This was well packed and shipped quickly. The instructions are not the best but it is easy to put together. I recommend a 4 person if you have the room because anything smaller is really to small. Everything works great. And 3 rd party delivery carrier communicated very well. Ours came in 3 large boxes. Great product so far.

Very comfortable and spacious

Cannot say enough about how comfortable, spacious and efficient this sauna is. Pleased with order and delivery process and getting it up and going not hard at all.

Works good except radio

It takes a bit to heat up, and after 1 hour, being on sauna goes as high as 135. It took about 3 hours for my husband and I to put it together. I weigh around 330 lbs, hubby around 270. Four people could sit in this, no problem. I prefer to put my legs up on the side, which will only leave room for the two of us. Radio turns on, but AM and FM don't come in. Good news, the aux works and I Bluetooth to my phone to listen to my spotify Playlist. I am pleased with sauna even though Radio doesn't work.

Giving 4.5 star only because instructions were not the best guide, thankfully I'm pretty handy and with just one phone call able to walk through minor hiccup with the build. Excellent heating, very relaxing and spacious.

love the design

Very pleased with overall quality and design of sauna. Initially concerned with space for it but fits perfect in our home and the design matches our home well. Have enjoyed using for almost 3 months now but even more so in the colder months.

I can actually lay down in my sauna. I love it, the cedar smell is wonderful! My friends beg me to use! Very satisfied with my purchase. I'd give it more than 5 stars for sure.

Nice sauna with issues

The sauna looks nice and was relatively easy to put together. However, the blue tooth radio will not even power on. But more importantly the sauna will not heat above about 115 and it takes almost an hour to get to that temperature. It is very slow to heat up and it's disappointing it doesn't reach the advertised temps. We've had it for several months and it's been a consistent issue. Other than that it works great and has plenty of space. I use it almost daily.

Ok now it’s been set up for two months and I love it. Best purchase ever. You do need two people to put it together well the walls the rest us one person job. The Wi-Fi did stop after a few uses so I just use my spa cd’s.

Really wanted a way to relax and detox at same time. I can actually lay down if I want to, it has so much room. Love it! Use it daily. Upkeep is pretty simple! Works perfect.

Absolutely Amazing!

i didn't think i would love this sauna that much. this is so much better than using the gym sauna. I have arthritis in my knees and hands and sometimes just going to the gym for the sauna is painful but now i have this luxurious sauna in my house. this the best purchase i have made for myself in a long time.
