Great servive/great unit

Brought this unit and once assembled it looked really good. Had a issue and called Sunray and they took care of the issue. Unit looks good and performs great. Its my first infrared unit but so far its really good. Highly recommend it.

Excellent product for the money

Got it last week and set it up last night. It took me and my wife less than two hours and I thought it was really easy. The instructions are fine although I'm not sure they are really even needed. Every piece was tagged for identification and where they go is marked as well. Everything worked great! Our first experience was later in the evening. It took about 20 minutes to fully heat up. We sat in it for 30 minutes. It was a great sweat and I felt very good afterwards.

I live in Utah and use my sauna in an enclosed garage (cold during winter), takes about 30-40 min. to fully heat up. I love this sauna it was super easy to assemble and works great
