It’s a nice set. It comes very poorly packed and not padded well so many items were scraped and others were broken. Overall it is a nice unit!

Excellent purchase. We’ve had it for three weeks and my wife and I love it! Pretty easy to install (at least 2 people). Instructions are decent enough to be followed. Love the cedar smell, the light options and that the replaced the CD player with a digital unit which includes USB and 3.5mm. I wish it had Bluetooth but hopefully that will come soon. It comes in a palette and there are 3 huge boxes (250+ pounds each) so moving them around is not easy but parts are not hard to transport to wherever the place someone is planning to install it (in our case the basement). Everything arrived in good shape. One molding was cracked but it was easy to fix. Keep in mind it needs a 20amp breaker and the correct wiring so check that out or ask an electrician

Shorter than we thought

I have bought spa pkgs for Radiant Sauna sessions so I just assumed I wouldn’t have to duck down to get in. Once your in and setting it doesn’t really matter though. The floor doesn’t seem very reinforced which makes me wonder how to make it stronger. Beautiful addition though and SO relaxing!

We bought this a month ago and sure glad we did - we use it almost every day, and with the heart of winter coming, I'm sure we'll be using it even more.

We love our sauna. It was easy enough for my husband and I to assemble and we did it without arguing. (Lol) It really is everything we hoped it would be and is perfect for two people to lay down or 4 sitting up. It arrived in great condition and was well packaged. It came with great accessories, wooden cup/book holders and back rests. Pick up from the store was very easy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we are not able to reach the manufacturer. Every time we try to call the number we get a busy signal and there isn’t an email that we can find. One of our exterior lights never worked and we would like to get it replaced and perhaps even purchase some extras for the future but no answer. We also have questions about a couple of parts we don’t understand the purpose they serve. It would be nice to reach someone. There’s no online website that we could find and even mailing in the warranty registration card has had no reply. So? Is it made in the USA? Not 100% sure because we are not able to reach anyone and that has us suspicious. Does it work well? Yes, we find it to be a wonderful addition to our home and the quality of the stereo, wood, glass, etc. is all excellent. For the price, I don’t think you will find a better sauna. We will continue to try and reach the manufacturer and I will update this rating if we are successful.

Perfect Fit!

This gorgeous red Cedar, Carbon (Best and safest) infrared Sauna, is amazing in detail and standard accessories. The Sauna is idea if you are looking for the best scented, best heat retention wood available. Very easy to setup with three persons. The Instructions are unusually well done and all parts tabbed for ease of assembly. Sauna comes with a high fidelity AM/FM radio speakers and C/D player to include an Ionizer, Ozone machine for cleaning unit and inside and outside LED lights plus magazine rack, cup holders and back rests as an added bonus. LOWES Backing and industry leading warranty sold the unit. Ensure you hire a Licenced Electrician to install 120 Volt circuit breaker and dedicated outlet (To easy). If placed on tile floor, whole sauna EASILY is moved by one person for cleaning or access etc. Unit heats to the advertised 140 degrees. It is a very good sauna for 2 adults. I really like the sauna, it's put together good & went together in about 2 hours. But to call it a 4 person is a stretch. Maybe 4 10 yr old kids but not adults.

I didn't purchase this exact model but I did purchase the Radiant 3 - 4 Person Cedar (non-corner) 9 heater model. I could not have been more impressed with its quality and ease of assembly. Both quality and ease of assembly far exceeded my expectations. I misjudged the required dedicated 20 amp power source and it took a few hours to make that happen with my electrician. No big deal.

Beautiful sauna. So glad we chose cedar, the smell is wonderful. It delivered quicker than promised, in 3 large boxes and well packaged. Delivery is to curb, but he did place it in our garage. My husband was able to put it together by himself in about 2 hours, although he doesn't recommend just one person lol. He also had to wire for the 20 amp outlet. Did that in under an hour. The sauna itself, seats 2 adults very comfortably, 3 is doable, 4 I doubt you would be comfortable. It heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. The stereo and speakers are even high quality. Once again, Overstock did not disappoint!!

Product took over a month to arrive and then arrived damaged (3-4 large dents, broken side, even an empty potato chip bag was wrapped up inside the shipping plastic). Most damage was done BEFORE shipping and the person that packed it hid the damage in the middle of the bundle so we had no idea there were issues until the boxes were opened. We have sent photos several times and customer service reps. keep asking for them again. Very disappointed with this purchase!! Feel like we will never get a refund. Worst Overstock experience ever!!
