Great product and easy assembly

Great product and easy assembly and installation. Manual is very terse and skipping steps. The only issue is that it takes a while to get to 170F as heater starts turning off at about 150F and then slowly getting temperature up. Still need to figure out how to fix this.

Don't Buy this Sauna!

This Sauna is cheaply built.The Floor was cut so far off it was crazy.All the pieces seem to be cut off by an inch.So putting together is a nightmare.The craftsmanship of this product is terrible,I can't say that enough.Do not buy this Sauna,keep your money and buy an outdoor barrel sauna,you will thank me later.Pay the extra ** for the better built sauna.SunRay Sauna's are garbage.

Several things went wrong with the sauna. The instructions are terrible. If you are mechanically inclined you will be able to get it together. If not sorry. The light didn’t have any wiring instructions. I had to reinforce the seats with cedar 2x4 after almost falling through them. The heater was the bad part. The heater that came with the sauna was a European model with European electrical. I called the manufacturer of the sauna and they swore it would work on American voltage. It definitely wouldn’t. I then called the manufacturer of the heater Haviar. They even said there is no way the heater will work. It is also a shock and fire hazard. Long story short I had to spend another 1000.00 on an American heater. When I called Recovery for Athletes where is purchased this from. They just directed me to the manufacturer of this sauna. I also had to purchase humidity and a new thermometer because it came in Celsius.

Great Home Sauna

We love our Tiburon 4 Personal sauna! Installation was relatively easy (a few pieces are VERY heavy), looks wonderful and is very comfortable for 2-3 people, adding a 4th gets a little crowded, but totally doable. Our only concern was with the setup of the heater. We had to hire an electrician and get in touch with a local rep for clarification of the wattage and correct wiring to our current circuit board. Please rewrite the directions for the motor. The local install team (who were very helpful) said the directions have been a confusing problem for a long time.

Negative experience

Had the worse experience with this brand. Electric unit broke after about 5 uses and company acknowledged they had some issues with the heater units and promised two different times to ship us a replacement part but received nothing from them. Now I am stuck with a very pretty wood box on my deck that's useless and rental guest are no happy that I advertised it and it doesn't even work.

What a piece of JUNK!! I bought this last year, and it has fallen to absolute pieces, and started growing black mold inside of it. It is held together by GLUE and TINY molding nails. All of which have had to be reinforced and still fell to pieces. Absolutely a JOKE! I am so upset- I feel like I wasted so much money on this purchase. I am not happy with this order and if I could see this a year ago, I would have sent this back!! Oh, and the truck driver had me help him unload it off his semi-and it was hundreds of pounds, I could have been killed- no exaggeration. I will never ever buy a big item off Wayfair again. Wayfair make it right, please.

Works great, easy assembly. Take a little bit to heat up but gets nice and hot especially with the steam on the rocks.

Great after a workout

So far so good! They offered great service and helped us with expedited shipping as we were on a tight schedule. I've noticed increased energy levels and a sense of calm after each session. The sleek design of the sauna fits perfectly in my home – it's a total game-changer for my wellness routine.

Not only does it help me relax, but I've also noticed an improvement in my overall well-being. The convenience of having my own sauna at home has made self-care a priority, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They even specially packaged it and delivered it to my door...provided extra courtesy of calling me the day before to confirm my address which I appreciated!

Never got the item and it’s still on my credit card. Am working with the fraud department to get my money back because you have been unresponsive and don’t have a phone number to be reach at.

Works great.

The sauna itself works great. It has a lot of room inside and the two bench seats are great for both me and my husband to lay down. Only issue we had is assembling the front door panels. They are supposed to hook together but it was a challenge getting one side to stay flush. We finally got it assembled correctly but could have been easier. Otherwise 5 stars.

Sunray Tiburon sauna

We received great communication about the sauna and expected delivery. The instructions provided from the manufacturer were not very good, but after 2 hours to assemble, the sauna came together nicely. We appreciated the ability to talk to the support team for our electrician who had to install new wiring in our basement for the 220V connection. The sauna is made of natural wood and looks very nice. I am very happy with the purchase and we use it daily!

I use it all the time. The only thing I’ve had to do was better seal it.
