Beautiful sauna

Pleasantly surprised that the sauna looks very appealing and not overwhelming in the room at all. The wood looks beautiful and smells really nice (not heavy at all). The sauna functions great - heats up within 60 minutes to 80 degrees celsius. Had to buy a little bag of extra stones to fully fill up and cover the heater completely. BBB provided a great customer service! This was a great value purchase overall.

It looks so beautiful! I love it! I haven't gotten the electrician to hook the sauna in yet, but so far the product is very pretty and packaging was very nice and secured.

Gets Hot!!

Works great. Only complaint is the very vague building instructions for mounting the heater and no wiring instructions for the light that comes with it. Our 4.5 kw heater gets our sauna up to 85C/185F and feels great with the steam. It was really tight getting the front and back panel down our stairwell to our basement but we managed to squeeze it through. We love it!! Very well built. Best price we could find. Highly recommend.

Affordable and simple to setup

Arrived neatly packaged, assembly took approximately ninety minutes, proving to be an effortless process. The sauna cabin, features a bench, a light, and front windows, providing functionality without excessive parts to assemble. The efficient Harvia heater reaches 165 degrees in about half an hour, performing as expected. In comparison to pricier alternatives, this sauna offers excellent value.

I am happy that this unit is easy to assemble and I don't need to pay someone to assemble the unit.

Best Traditional Model for 3 person

This unit is affordable and its quality is exceptional.

This is our second sauna. We installed one years ago and had no issues at all. We feel the heated rocks and steam is far more therapeutic and relaxing than any of the infrared units. Again the price , quality, and craftsmanship is superb!

The stove could be more powerful. The floor is cold and no way to make it warmer.

Good sauna for the money

Very good sauna for the money. Could have spent a whole lot more and not have gotten a better sauna. Only had 2 minor issues putting it together, and one of those issues was my fault and so does not count. The other issue was that the bracket that holds the heater was very flimsy and I had to reinforce it. That would be the only change I would make. I use it everyday that I am home.

negative experience

Had the worse experience with this brand. Electric unit broke after about 5 uses and company acknowledged they had some issues with the heater units and promised two different times to ship us a replacement part but received nothing from them. Now I am stuck with a very pretty wood box on my deck that's useless and rental guest are not happy that I advertised it and it doesn't even work.
