I finally found the right rug!
I ordered this rug for my patio. I was having a really difficult time finding a rug that match my new patio furniture cushions. At last, I found this beauty! It truly is amazing the options you have with Rugs.com. You can't beat the price either. Delivery was like 1-2 days. Love it. I do recommend that you buy a padded rug mat to go along with it.
Sleek, easy upgrade.
The rug arrived promptly and was exactly as described. It fits my decor perfectly and is really what I need for a an easy to clean, neutral style for my family room. I have pets and kids and don't want to live a life of warning everyone to be careful. This fits that bill. I wish the rug had not been folded so many times for shipping because it has taken awhile to get it flattened out; that is my only complaint.
Rug Used Under Queen Bed
Our 5x8 rug arrived promptly and was completely protected by thick plastic packaging. After unrolling the rug, it had minor curling along the edge that was most tightly wound. We rolled it up in the opposite direction and let it stay like that for 48 hours and the rug laid flat. We used the rug under a queen size bed and it worked perfectly. Will be ordering additional rugs from this company. Very satisfied.
Color & Pattern not as depicted on Website
This is the 4th rug I have purchased from rugs.com and I am very pleased with the first three rugs, but this one? Not at all. The color does not resemble in anyway the color depicted on the web site. I intitially thought I was looking at the backside of the rug. That being said, rugs.com has exceptional and prompt customer service and worked with me to resolve this problem. If you are considering purchasing this rug, I suggest you look at another style.

So I needed an 11x14 for our outdoor covered patio area. Tried a rug from a competitor but the quality wasn’t there and so I went back to Rugs.com who have never disappointed. I got a better rug for less money. Love this one. Really good service and shipping too. I know rugs.com is huge but they’ve got a super good thing going on. I will now never stray 😊 I’ve found my source!
