Poorly manufactured

Terrible. The pieces do not fit together as directed. The "connector" was made out of plastic. No matter how many times my husband tapped it (using a hammer and then a mallet) it did not fit appropriately into the top of the bottom pole. No way could it reach the half way point. It also was too large to fit properly into the top pole. In other words the plastic "connector" was molded incorrectly to fit into the metal poles it was supposed to connect and support. Therefore, the pole is not nearly as stable as it should be. In addition, the finial absolutely did not fit onto the top of the post. The only thing that went as directed was the placement of the house numbers, and the installation into the ground.

This is a nice little set up, but I’m only giving it four stars because it’s extremely difficult to get the plastic insert shoved into the pipe
