These live up to the originals from 1970. lol They're kinda like potato chips because they are SO useful, so comfortable and so versatile, there are just a dozen applications for them. Ours are well-dressed. We're up to about 4 different cover colors now and I'm sure we're not done. I'm very happy with the quality.
It's a very handsome chair, perfect fold away for extra guests at dinner. The black frame really dresses it up. If we could change one thing, the metal could have been black, too instead of brass, and it's very stiff when you try to fold it. Excellent value. Sophisticated style. Comfortable.

These are very sturdy and high quality. There is hardly any assembly required you only need to slide on the fabric pieces and attach the footrest.
If you want the deep brown that shows in the photos of the “Honey Oak” - look elsewhere. The wood color comes as a rust orange. I’m replacing with black frame, from another vendor selling the identical item for 20.00 less. It’s a great chair otherwise. Just get the color chooses right, and find it for a lower price. Also, I had to pay the return shipping of almost 50 for the 4 chairs I bought, that I believe were inadequately advertised.
The chair I received met dimensions, but the fabric in my selected color was for a chair width almost 2 inches shorter. I requested replacement fabric which has been delayed and I see on the email it's not the color I ordered. Not trusting how and when this comes, the parents and I found the correct fabric on another site so the young man could use the chair he was gifted at college. It costs me extra money to make this right. He says the chair itself is sturdy so I guess there's one positive. The fabric we found was much thicker and sturdier than the mistake fabric I received with the chair originally.
