Organizes my closet
Purchased 2 months ago for my closet and it works great. It's meant for shoes, so boots may not fit right unless they go on the top rung/shelf. Otherwise very pleased!

The parts don't fit correctly and for some reason the plastic warps over time. The metal parts constantly come undone as well. Wait for a sale on literally anything better. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

this shoe rack was horrible it looks nothing like the picture. This item will be going back but really need to go in the trash.

Next time you send anything out make sure all the pieces fit in properly I shouldn’t have to sit here 45 mins trying to cut holes bigger because nothing fits
