Find this gate to be of good quality and strong. It fits the design we were wanting next to our house and adds needed curb appeal. The delivery went well and we had good communication with the driver. The assembly and moving the gate in position works better with two people.

Terrible customer service from the company. Arrived scratched and missing a post cap, the other cap dented. Home Depot was wonderful about their part of the situation, but I had to contact the company for cap replacements. They asked for a ridiculous amount of information and photos. I tried to provide what information I had (no longer had the shipping box). They insisted on me providing them information, so they knew what vendor to file a claim with. I didn't think it was my job to trace their shipping history in order to get two post caps replaced. Not the service I expect when spending over $2,600 for a gate.

The gates look great but there was a bow in the gates which made it very difficult to join them together with the supplied brackets ,without re drilling new holes to accept the bolts ,.

Customer service disaster!

I ordered the right gate and paid for it. They delivered the wrong gate. They will not refund my money until they schedule someone to come and pick up the wrong gate. So meanwhile I have this 16 foot heavy box blocking my drive while I try to get them to schedule to pick it up. I cannot buy another gate until they refund my money. This should have been taken care of by customer service, sending out a new gate and somebody to pick up the wrong delivery on the same day. They’re telling me it’ll be a month or more before they could pick up the gate they delivered in error and then start my refund! Meanwhile they triggered fraud alert on my debit card by trying to process a second purchase of the right gate. So the reality is they are holding my $2039.59 to secure their screw up while Home Depot rakes in record profits and I can’t afford to buy a new security gate until they refund my money or I take action against them.

Since installing this gate, I've noticed a big decrease in package thefts! The added security definitely deters anyone looking for easy pickings. Plus, the pedestrian gate is perfect for deliveries. Very happy with this purchase!

The pedestrian gate is a game-changer! Only wish there were more color options besides black. Black looks nice, but I would have preferred something a bit more unique for my house. Still, a very well-made gate.

My dog is a notorious escape artist, but this gate has been a lifesaver! He can't squeeze through the pedestrian gate, and the entire set feels very solid. Plus, the powder coating seems weatherproof - no rust so far, even with all the spring showers.

Feeling much more secure with this new gate. The solid steel construction feels very sturdy, and the 4-point welding adds an extra layer of strength.

The gate itself is fantastic

Love the design and how easy it is to swing open. However, the delivery process was a bit of a nightmare. The box arrived with some dents, but luckily the gate wasn't damaged. Just a suggestion for Aleko - improve the packaging!
