Missing Parts, Poor Customer Service

I purchased the ALEKO Driveway Gate over a month ago, and I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved. The gate arrived missing essential parts, including installation hardware. The instructions were also vague and unhelpful, making the assembly difficult.. They provided no help in getting the missing parts. Reached out to Home Depot hoping they could assist, after a month I’m still waiting for the missing parts and a resolution. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

We have a pool in our backyard and this gate has been a lifesaver! It keeps our curious toddler from wandering out and taking a dip. Plus, it looks so much nicer than the cheap plastic fence we had before. So happy we found this!

Just had this gate installed a few weeks ago, so I can't speak to how long it will last. However, it does look very nice and adds a touch of sophistication to our house. I will update this review in a year or so to let you know how it's holding up.

The gate itself seems great. Solid construction and looks sharp. However, be aware that it doesn't come with any of the hardware you need to install it. Posts, hinges, latch, all that stuff needs to be purchased separately. Just something to keep in mind when you're budgeting for this project."

We are building a new home and we purchased this gate for our road that leads to our home. It is very beautiful and sturdy. We love it.

Now I can relax a bit more knowing the yard is fenced in, and the gate adds a real touch of class to the whole place. We might even consider adding the automatic opener in the future for extra convenience.

My wife and I were looking for a way to spruce up the front of our house and add a bit more security. This gate did the trick! It looks way more expensive than it is, and it's super sturdy. We also love that it goes perfectly with our existing fence.

The gate met my expectations. The picture of the gate does not indicate that it is shipped in two pieces that need to be assembled. The picture shows a one piece gate with no connecting brackets. Assembling it was not too difficult.

Very Pleased With The Driveway Gate

The Aleko Prague is a beautifully made driveway gate. It is even more beautiful after installation. I also purchased the Mighty Mule gate opener. I put a 1' antenna on the control box to extend the range of distance for it to work better. Glad I had purchased the items. Would highly recommend these products.
