I would love to give a review but I never received it! Have called 3 times always get a voicemail.

Attempted delivery 3x’s. Almost no packaging left on item.

We first got notice that the item was missing. Our second noticed said they were sending it back to Georgia because of damage. It finally came with big holes in the box and no hardware. We spent an additional $11.00 to purchase hardware. All four casters were there. I tried to find a phone number to complain, but website makes it very difficult to get a direct line. We put it together and it meets our needs. Won’t order online through Staples again.

This product needs work

As soon as we put the chairs on the cart the wheels snapped in half and the carts were not even at full capacity. It required the replacement of all wheels on a brand new product. Not from the company but internally. Don't feel that should be something a purchaser should deal with.

Good Rack

This is a good sturdy rack just needs to have a harder rubber tire. The cart is hard to move when full of chairs.

These Chair trucks are very durable and were very easy to put together, however you will need two people for assembly. Great quality and should last a long time.

The Cart Is Great, But Be Careful With The Casters

I bought one of these to store and haul some outdoor bistro tables and chairs that we bought. They are not standard folding chairs, but we manage to get them on there just fine. The total weight is roughly 650 lbs and it handles them like a champ. It's a bit heavy to move when it's loaded up, but works just fine for us. My one issue is that the wheels for the casters are not very good quality and can't handle the weight. One of them broke in half within a month. The warrantied replacement was here in 2 days, but we could tell it wouldn't be long before the rest wore down. We were using them outdoors on cement which is likely why, but we had to buy some different, higher quality wheels to mount on the casters. Now that we have the upgraded casters it's a 5* cart, just not as it comes from the warehouse. FYI - this ships freight so read the shipping policy very carefully and make sure you inspect the package before accepting delivery. Mine was fine, but I saw other reviews where people were missing hardware.

Terrific Product

Saw this chair rack at a fire hall and wanted one for our church. Terrific rack and easy to assemble.

Bought this because I saw something like it at another facility. We bought 3 and love it. It moves a lot easier than what we were using. Looks neat and tidy. We will be buying a few more in the near future.

Be Forwarned

First, let me say this is a well built rack, BUT, the height as advertised is not accurate. The rack total height is only 713/4" including the wheels. Will not accommodate taller chairs without modifications. Regular folding chairs will fit fine. Holds lots of chairs.

Hanging Folding Chair Truck

This is an excellent storage system. would buy another in a heartbeat if needed. One could not build a storage rack near as functional out our wood for anywhere near the cost.
