Huge let down :(

I had such high hopes for this cage and it was a huge disappointment. The look and size of the cage was great but it was poorly built. I would have to zip tie the entire cage together for it to be even remotely secure. This cage is not safe for my green cheeked conure, or any birds. I will be returning this item.

TERRIBLE CAGE!!

I bought this cage for my conure. He has a bigger cage, but needed this size for when I travel and my sister watches him. Just easier to transport. Well, the quality of this cage is pure garbage!! Very difficult for one person to put together, because every time you hook the sides in the other comes out! It is so warped that I had to drill holes in the bottom tray in order to zip tie the cage to it in order to secure it. The top does not fit right either. If I didn’t need this size cage right now, I would be returning it. Complete garbage! Don’t waste your money!!!

Extremely poor design and Unsafe

The cage in the picture looked great, but I was quickly disappointed upon receiving it. Attempting to put it together was a nightmare due to poor instructions. After finally getting most of it together, the cage walls wouldn't lock in or fit in the base. Come to find out the pieces were warped bad enough the cage couldn't be put together.

Amazing birdcage

We absolutely love this birdcage. Our 2 parakeets love it also. Wish we would of got this birdcage a long time ago. There is so much room in it for them. It didn't take my husband to long to put it together either.

Bad Service

This is a very roomy cage and a good price. The base of our cage was badly cracked when we received it. We called bird.com and kept being told that they would contact the manufacturer to replace it. The operators told me they would call me back with an update before the end of the business day ended, which never happened. I finally called the shipper myself after 2 weeks of getting the run around and was told that bird.com never contacted them about the situation. I will not buy from bird.com again. Their prices are good and most of the customer service reps were friendly, but no one followed through with what they promised.
