[Rewarded Review] Geek Squad Can’t Install

Purchased door locks and the geek squad came to install. They were here 4 hours, admitted they didn’t know what they were doing and locks were not installed correctly. Went to the store and spent an hour getting another install. The second install was cancelled, I was never notified or told. The store was supposed to contact me to get a second install and they never did. Went back down and all the store managers were unavailable. Can’t talk to anyone on line because purchase was done at store.

Brand new installed module doesn't work. Then they try to send you a bridge to use direct plug in the walla and you hav eto pay monthly for the use. No not happen

[Rewarded Review] Outstanding Upgrade for a Deadbolt.

We just purchased a new home and decided to get this to replace a very outdated deadbolt. Install took ~ 2 hours, though some of that length was due to having to find tools through moving in. The instructions given were very clear, the booklet included a ruler to help gauge which screws to use, and there were also videos to watch if needed. It's worked perfectly, giving us some great peace of mind.

I bought this lock because it seemed compatible with my Google Home setup and the features caught my attention. The main appeal was the door closing sensor and the auto unlock function.

Great products but availability is not reliable

While attempting to order online for pick up at store, several times the results indicated an item was in stock. Unfortunately, the items either were never processed or deemed not available after the purchase was submitted.

Out of the dozens of smart locks I’ve owned - these are by far the buggiest ones I’ve ever encountered. They worked great for a couple of months and then non stop problems with all three that we bought. The app is no better either. Constant error messages.
