Easy to assemble, except one leg doesn't want to lock in place. I added a Pop Rivet to hold it. The faucet is really good, and the lever handles are nice. The pull-out sprayer functions well. The washboard texture on the front panel looks convenient, if I ever need to hand-wash something.

Piece of garbage

The sink came without feeder hoses for the faucets. The faucet shanks are non-standard sizes (not 7/8") so third party feeder hoses will not fit. Same with faucet (holes in basin for faucet have non-standard spacing, so can't use other faucets or shanks). Tried to return, but HD wouldn't accept the return. Total rip-off.

Better options out there

This sink does come with everything you need, however the faucet is very cheap, the connection hardware is plastic and drain pipe is the wrong size. If I had to do it again I'd get all the materials on my own. I'd probably pay less and get more. Oh well. Also the legs refuse to stay connected even when I took a sledge to them. I'm going to have to glue them. I'm sure it will suffice as a crappy sink in my garage so I'm keeping it, but if I had to do it again I wouldn't buy this.

The unit is okay. We've had it for just over a month. It's not as sturdy-built as the old one we replaced. Plus we were unable to use the new faucet it came with as it leaked. Since we had already placed the tub in we figured the store would not just accept the faucet without the tub as a return. And we were not about to break down the whole set up. We ended up using the old faucet. It does look nice.

Faucet broke within a couple months.

Bought for the basement in our new home. Quality of basin is low. And the faucet broke internally within a few times using. Absolutely unacceptable quality. I’m a master plumber. I don’t mind the less expensive products, but I expect more from Home Depot. It’s been too long for me to return it because I bought it early in our building process.

The water does not drain and the pipe is too short

The sink is not properly tapered to let the water drain. The water sits on the outer edges and other areas. The pipe they provided is not long enough to complete the job. We had to buy pipe and a connector to finish at a cost to us of $38.06. When I wrote the company with these complaints, they said it was not their problem if we bought additional parts. We needed to complete the job at them or have someone come back at additional cost. I would not recommend this product and the company rhat manufacturers it. I feel that they did not go out of their way to resolve this complaint. We purchased the extra parts at Lowe's and made a complaint to thr Manager. We were told that someone else had to buy parts for the same sink.

Arrived broken

Our tub arrived broken. We tried to return to store and they were unable to assist as they dropship this product (shipped directly from manufacturer, not HD). We had to call the manufacturer, who sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, they sent a white tub instead that didn't have the cut out for the soap dispenser. At this point, our plumber was here to complete the project we were working on and we didn't have time to have them send the correct tub, so now stuck with tub we didn't want.

Arrived with only TWO LEGS!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The box is heavy and huge. I counted each Part and when I finally drug out the final pieces which were the sink and the legs taped to the bottom of it, there were only TWO LEGS instead of four. I had delayed my vacation for two weeks waiting on the arrival of this item and had already scheduled a plumber. Instead, now I have to re-box this beast and leave it outside for UPS to pick it up. Absolutely DISGUESTED with products that are shipped with ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!

cheap faucet leaked

The sink itself is ok the cheap plastic faucet included just leaked about 100 gallons of water in my basement before I noticed. Absolutely junk i jave had it installed for a few days now and used it quite a bit all was good until it decided to just explode and leak full force both hot and cold. So very glad it happened while i was here and heard it. If this happened while i was at work or god forbid on vacation it would have destroyed my home

The sink itself is fine. The faucet and parts are worthless and leak. The spray option doesn’t work like it should due to a poor valve leaving you with half spray and half full water. The connectors to the valves aren’t normal size so you can’t even get a replacement hose of better quality. You get what you pay for. I would not purchase again or recommend.

Plastic fitting leaks

I just installed it two weeks ago and I have noticed slow leaking. Added more Teflon tapes around the connections but it seems the plastic connection is just not going to do the job. I have contacted Glacier Bay for a replacement faucet and I will see whether it can fix the issue. Otherwise I would have to return the product.

Junk

Don't even think about buying this! Even using a rubber mallet, as instructed, the legs didn't stay in their sockets. They kept falling out whenever I simply moved the sink. The tray also did not fit properly. It's a wobbly mess. I don't understand why people waste their time manufacturing and selling such junk.

Good sink, know what you’re buying

As a plumber, I looked at all the reviews for this sink/faucet and knew what I was getting into and what I needed to do to make it perfect. The tub itself is nice and sturdy, however the leg supports need some additional anchoring to make the whole setup sturdy. I anchored the legs to the ground and the back of the tub to the back wall, it’s not going anywhere. The faucet sucks, plain and simple. If you’re somewhat handy you should Teflon tape/dope some of the plastic thread connections

Recommended with exceptions

Putting this together was a breeze. When I picked it up to move it, some of the legs fell off. The instructions say to use a hammer and block of wood to ensure the legs are set. That didn’t work. I bought 4 self tapping screws to hold the legs to the basin. Next, your shutoff valve better be 24” or higher off the floor to be able to use these short supply lines. I had to buy 30” lines. This feels wobbly. They recommend you caulk it to the back wall and screw the legs to the floor.

Not stable at all

Replacing a sink in the garage. Looking for low cost replacement as no longer have a cabinet to put it in. Bought this one but wish I had read reviews first.

It's a good cheap solution for a utility sink. We...

It's a good cheap solution for a utility sink. We bought to serve as a sink during home remodel. It is easy to setup but requires a little modification go get connected. The vertical drain pipe in our case needed to be cut to meet up with the available drain line and additional hoses and couplers were purchased to reach the valves (so count on that, the hoses are quite short). Lastly the drain was smaller than the house drain so a coupler/reducer was required. Lastly, the legs don't stay on very well, so suggest running a screw into them at the sink base and in the floor (if possible) as they recommend in the instructions because it's so light weight that bumping it would move it otherwise. Once hooked up, faucet has worked well, don't have any leaks when using. May also suggest getting a 1" drain strainer if you're using it for food waste at all.

BE PREPARED TO SPEND MORE MONEY...

I'm not sure how this could be more cheaply made. Be prepared to reinforce every aspect of this product. It's incredibly flimsy and will "fight" with you when you try to line up components to put it together. You'll need to reinforce leg connections with screws, glue or tape as other reviewers have noted. The shelf is removable so you can use if for draining in the sink, however, once you remove it for that purpose, the integrity of the structure is compromised due to the overall flimsiness of the design. The "non-metallic" faucet advertised is another way to say the faucet is 100% cheap plastic. Literally every connection leaked, and I had to buy a new faucet and new water lines. Add that cost to the $129.99 I already paid, and this "cheap but functional" product isn't such a bargain after all. It's a perfect example of nice design, horrible execution. I don't have another recommendation, but do yourself a favor and explore other options.

Great While It Lasted

We’re renters and our landlords installed this immediately before we moved in during October of 2017 so we weren’t involved in the installation process and have no comment on that. However, being the only users of the sink we have fully enjoyed it’s functionality. The basin is very deep and great for big cleaning tasks as well as soaking lots of items at once.
