CHEAP AND FLIMSY, THOUGH LOOKS OKAY WHEN FINISHED.

THE HOLES DON'T MATCH UP RIGHT. HAD TO TEAR IT APART TO REASSEMBLE WITH PEGS AND GLUE. NEVER MIND THE 'LOCKING' MECHANISM. FLIMSY CARD BOARD BACK. BRITTLE mfd. THE SLIGHTEST CHIP SHOWS WHITE UNDERNEATH. WE FITTED IT WITH FOUR LEGS TO GIVE IT HEIGHT WHICH TO ME, IS LACKING. THE GOOD SIDE IT LOOKS NICE WHEN FINALLY FINISHED.

Bought two. Put one together and was sick for two days. It sat in garage for three more days before going back. Whatever it's coated in is toxic. China crap went back.

I love it!! I am so glad I purchased it. Each piece of board had a number sticker on it, my husband and I laid out all the parts first, took the directions and did step by step. Took us a little while to put it together. There was a couple of pieces that couple have been marked better but we figured it out lol.. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought two!

I bought two of these to fill with spices, pots & pans etc. so far they have been great! The first one took me about 4 hours to put together. The second one about 3. The doors required a bit of shimming, but that was easy enough with a bit of cardboard. I wish this brand had a longer and taller version! I would buy that too.

Sturdy well made storage unit

Recently purchased for extra storage in kitchen/diner, easy to put together as all parts lined up where they should. Good size, finished product looks like the picture on the website. Really pleased and would recommend

Organization and style

I really like the style; window cupboard for teas, open shelf to display antique canisters, ample storage in lower cupboards. Pretty easy to put together.

So much potential so many flaws

I so wanted to love this cabinet and I am so disappointed. I gave this a 3-star rating because it is a sturdy cabinet once it is put together. I don't know if they sent me a used cabinet or what but so many of the pieces were scruffed up and scratched I wanted to cry. I wish I would have returned it after opening the box but I didn't realize how bad the scruffs and scrapes were until I was putting it together. The directions are terrible but I did manage to put it together. Also, the plates for doors are missing so the door will not close. Yes, I can buy something to fix that but I shouldn't have to do that. I looked for a cabinet that would fit in my kitchen for long and this is what I got. For over $300, I was not expecting to a receive used and damaged cabinet. Beware!

Kitchen Buffet Hutch

I really like this hutch. The quality reflects the price. I put it together myself and I don't have much experience. It took me about 8 hours to do it. My only complaint is the glass doors, they hang a bit "off". I'm ok with this but, others might have a problem with it. Be careful putting this hutch together because, it's easy to damage the corners of pieces. When I had the hutch finished and in place, I took a black paint pen and touched up a few places. The touch ups are not noticable. This hutch looks great in my kitchen and gives me the storage I need. I'm very happy with it.

Great flexible shade structure

The look is great and the quality seems very sturdy. We haven’t secured it to the ground yet but haven’t had any issues. Review the images carefully. We made a few mistakes with the way the awning was attached and had to redo about an hour worth of work. It’s about 4 hours to assemble with two people. We love the design of being able to open and close for shade or sun

Time-consuming build, but worth the effort

The delivery company destroyed the box in transit, but it was packed so well in the box, nothing was broken or marred. The finish is sleek and the black color is true. The instructions were correct with their 2.5 hours of time to put it together...and my husband and I worked together on it! (We're pretty good at that sort of thing as well) Beware that the instruction manual leaves much to be desired, but it IS possible to decipher the pictures and make it work.

Don't recommend

This has been a very challenging piece to build. My husband has spent at least 6 hours putting it together. There were MANY missing holes for screws, so he had to create them (without a drill). There are parts that are not aligned so we are needing to figure out how to make it look normal. The directions are often completely wrong. If he hadn't already invested so much time and effort, we would have returned this.

I like it, Good Price, Sturdy Material, Easy Build

I liked almost everything about this piece. It's a little bit heavy but I'd prefer that over flimsy. The two things I didn't like: 1. The drawer bottom is kind of weak/flimsy (the only piece like this, would be easy to replace with a sheet of veneer if you wanted to). 2. One of the top cabinet doors was kind of crooked due to 2 of the hinges having loose pins, I hammered them in tighter but one still has some wiggle room so it sags very slightly. Would have given 5 stars if only one of these issues existed. Instructions were simple enough, no words only pictures; you will need a decent amount of floor space to put it together during the first few steps where you lay out all the pieces and get them ready (cam bolts etc) for assembly.

It took me 3.5 hours to assemble this myself with the aid of a power screwdriver.

This is perfect for my needs. I think it looks great and is pretty sturdy. A great value for the price. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the assembly so I will tell you my experience. I'm a tiny 62 YO woman but I have a lot of DIY experience. First, this is heavy. I couldn't bring the box in myself so I opened it and took a few heavy peices then I brought in the rest. There are no written instructions. It's all pictograms like Ikea.There are hundreds of peices but everything is marked. What always makes assembly easier is organization. I lined up all the wood pieces in order around the room, they're all labeled. I then put all the hardware in order on a table. You'll put together a few sub assemblies first. This makes the rest of the assembly go much faster.? The first few steps take the longest and the rest will go faster so don't get discouraged. If you do not have a drill or power screwdriver get one! This took me 3.5 hours with one and, I'm sure it would have taken at least 6 hours without one. I actually used both because the battery died on the screwdriver before I was done. There are tons of screws! The only gotcha I came accross was one of the shelves. Keep in mind what side will show when putting this together. From the time I started laying out the parts until I pushed it into place for this picture was 3.5 hours. I did have to cut my own hole in the back for the microwave plug. But if you don't want an appliance there, you won't have a hole there to hide. Be patient! Plan on spending at least 4 hours and do spend a few minutes to organize the parts first. Spending time to find parts for each step will slow the process way down. If you're not handy either get help from someone who is or considere something you don't need to assemble.

Nice piece, even better customer service

I am very pleased with my purchase. The cupboard was a bit difficult to assemble, in terms of parts and time required. Having put together many similar pieces, I was familiar with the process of assembling these things and I think that helped, but others who don't have such experience might struggle a bit with the assembly. I did have one issue with the hinges on the bottom right drawer - both arrived bent and this meant that the door wouldn't close properly. I contacted the company and, while they did not have spare parts available (I easily found replacement hinges on Amazon), they did offer me a $75 credit, which was more than generous, as the replacement hinges only cost $6. Thanks to the excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this cupboard to those looking for a roomy, nicely designed storage piece.

Perfect fit

This buffet was just what I needed but the height seems low for most kitchens. The directions are pretty easy to follow & expanded view showing location placement for each piece. All pieces are numbered & hardware alphabetized. It took about 2.5 hours to put together. One side wall came broken & the drawer was poorly painted. I would have given 5 stars if the product would have been in good shape.

Like the price, and wanted something low profile.

Received and put this up last night with the help of my husband. It was easy to put together.......if a little confusing. I am not smart enough on my own to put this all together. Fortunately my husband is smarter than me. It's exactly as pictured and good for the price. I wanted something low profile to keep dirt from trees from falling onto a sitting area with cushions. I now call this, Mom's cabana. The screwdrive provided with this, is not at all adequate....so, make sure you have a robust screwdriver already! I am happy with this for the price. I did see that someone said they had a rail that was bent, and there was a very slight bend in the end of the one of the sides of a rail that the wheels will roll in, but it was very minor, so I just bent it out, so that the rollers will not catch at that point. Everything was extremely well labeled and the directions were right.......you just need to be smart enough to follow them and decipher them!

Did not hold up well at all!!!

I received this item the first week of December and some of the parts were already a little bent but i put it up anyway. I reinforced the anchors because the reviews said it was light and made sure one side was under the awning and gutters so water wouldnt sit in it. (emptied warer fron cover after every storm) BUT after a cold front and about 15-20 mph gusts i was left with a twisted pile of metal. One beam completely snapped in half and twisted everything else. There was no saving it. What a waste of money!!

Lucky we're good at DIY fixes

Overall we do like this gazebo and are happy we purchased it. It's attractive and the fact that we can pull the canopy to be open when we're not using it is exactly what we needed for a lightweight gazebo in our windy spot. The downside is that the legs bend where the two vertical pieces fit together. Some of the holes were stripped, but I'm not sure that made much of a difference because all of the legs have the same issue. We've pretty much solved that by putting angle brackets all around those joints, spray painting them brown to match the frame. The other issue was that one of the flaps that the horizontal bars go through to hold up the canopy was skipped when they were sewing them, so there was no way to hold that section of the canopy up. I sewed that myself so that's worked out fine. We didn't try to return the item for any of these reasons and instead just opted to fix them ourselves, so I don't know how that process might have gone.
