This item exceeded my expectations especially for the price. I got it for our new home but had to go ahead and open/install and I love it. I’ve purchased the chair as well and now just need the 2 seater and I’ll have the whole set. It’s strong and durable.

Efficient but not cozy...

Super easy to put together, everything just slides in to brackets and fits together. Decent for the price. It's not really a "cozy up" type of couch. It's very firm, low arms, and is kind of small. It feels...serious. Odd way to describe it, I know lol. If you need furniture for a low price, it works.

I purchased this couch back in August of 2021, and let me tell you, it is the beat purchase furniture wise I have made probably ever. Incredibly durable, super cute, light weight, and easy to put together. Works perfectly in our RV would probably work wondeful in any living room. If you're hesitating wondering if 6 worth it, it most certainly is, especially for the price...

its worth the money

i bought thsi couch for $180 and its amazing. it came early and assembly was simple enough. id definitely reccommend 2 people to put it together but a stronger person can manage it alone. the arm rests are a bit low but some throw pillows fix that easily. the fabric is soft like seude and the cushion is firmer, good support for the lower back. its a perfect couch for 3 people or someone with a smaller living room.

I love it ! Worth the money but...

This sofa goes together really easily if you have some problem solving / engineering/mechanical/technical skill... Only because some of the brackets and stuff is a little out of alignment or they get bent and shipping so you kind of have to be able to figure problems out to get it together sometimes. The color is great! The DEEP BLACK! BLACK black dye doesn't bleed, the cushions don't sag. But obviously the cushions are permanently attached so there's no taking them off to shake them out %26clean in between them. Things fall down the crack between the back %26 the seat %26 you got to flip it %26 shake it %26all kinds of stuff to get it to eventually work its way back out unless it gets stuck inside the fabric. The fabric is nice but easy to rip and melted a hole in one spot with a drip of hot wax from a candle As I was moving it to the shelf behind the couch which if it were a slightly sturdier fabric , then this wouldn't be possible. For the money however, this is a great piece of furniture and if it wasn't my ONLY place to sit or lay down right now (I'm a disabled veteran living in a small finished garage starting over from 0, I literally own 5 pieces of furniture %26 One of them is a workbench, lol) but If it were being used as like a normal couch then it would definitely be sufficient quality to last a normal person acouple of years... Iono 3 years? Maybe 5 if you're really neat %26 clean %26 good $ easy on your furniture... Definitely an awesome pick for anybody that is starting over or moving %26just looking for something temporary while they get established kind of thing I mean personally I will probably purchase a new one when I move into a new place %26 that'll probably be my permanent couch for the first few years coz I happen to actually really like it... And I think the only reason that it's taken so much damage is that it's my bed my office chair / desk chair it's my kitchen table chair it's literally the only seating I have It's the only anything I have really besides a coffee table, a nightstand, %26 ofc the aforementioned workbench which came with a stool for... Actually 5 pieces of furniture total. Honestly this couch is more comfortable than my last bed that was $3200 when I owned a home%26 I paid <10% at $300 (I think) all in this time! Really happy with it. When I move into my new place I will be getting the matching loveseat %26the new couch%26if they have it, a recliner. If they come up with a new version that doesn't have the tufted back %26 has a sturdier material like leather or even just a heavier fabric%26sturdier legs I will absolutely upgrade to that even if it's a little more per piece! %26 if you're like me, As soon as its in its home you will immediately crawl under there with some 2x3s %26 brass screws, make the assembly permanent%26sturdy!Even if you don't, as I haven't with this one %26I've had it for months and my 200 lbs has FALLEN onto it HARD without hurting it or myself! Better fabric%26 wood instead of plastic legs it'd be 5 stars! ALL DAY!!!

CONSTRUCTED WITH STAPLES

BUYER BEWARE. These couches didn't last 6 months. First, there are no cushions. And by how I had to put it together, I should've known it was cheaply made. They broke from the middle not even 6 months in and upon further inspection, THIS FURNITURE IS FASTENED TOGETHER BY STAPLES!!!!! BY STAPLES?!?!?! AND IT'S MADE OF PARTICLE BOARD!!!! My fault. You get what you pay for.

Need a New Sofa? Get This One!

We needed a new sofa so badly. I've searched all the furniture stores only to see so many unhappy reviews and the sofas were so expensive and I just can't spend my money on a sofa that is expensive or won't arrive for months. I already have another smaller sofa from Walmart and We've had it more than a year and it's a great piece! So, of course, I turned to Walmart and purchased this sofa! We've had this one about a month now. I have 5 kids and they jump on this sofa daily. We all love to sit on it. The upholstery is Velvety soft, the Curved Arm is comfortable makes the perfect rest for your head if you lie down on the sofa. The cushions are firm and very easy sitting. It looks great. It was easy to put together. This is a wonderful sofa, feel comfortable getting one, it is a great piece of furniture.

If zero was an option...

Purchased for my son as bday gift one year ago. Broke on day one. Between him not telling me bc he felt bad and the pandemic, I was unaware it was pretty much useless. The handful of times I ran in and out the last yr I barely looked at it and never sat on it. I was sorely disappointed when I did. This sofa is very cheaply made. Very low quality material and construction. Save the hassle and go to Goodwill. You’re better off getting something used that is better quality, like my son ended up doing, than this garbage. I wish he would’ve told me it broke the day he received it so I could’ve got my money back. I didn’t expect anything grand for the cost but I expect it to last more than a day.

I’m of average height & weight and it squeaks and pops when I sit down or get up. I’m guessing cheaply used materials. I’ve never heard a new piece of furniture make so much noise!

Poor quality and makes noise

I bought two of these couches for my living room and can honestly say you pay for what you get. The assembly was ok (took two to three of us) to put each couch together. In the time I have had these couches (7 months) they have made squeaking noises and at times I feel like there is danger the couch will collapse, which is a safety concern. I have also noticed the cheapness of the material and that some of the seams are starting to look strained. I have never had a couch do this before, but then again I have never bought such a cheaply made couch. These couches are best covered up in a corner where no one is allowed to sit.

Dangerous Beauty

The couch looks and feels nice however it was made of poor quality wood. The wood- frame making the base of the couch where the legs screwed in was inferior. We purchased the couch on Dec 26, It was delivered on Jan 3rd. by the second week of February the base cracked causing the leg to break free from the couch and fall upon my cat who survived but is now injured and traumatized. We are a young married couple with no kids, even sitting on this couch at the same time the couch would only have to endure a maximum of 280 lbs of weight. We can't return the stupid thing as we can't transport it we only have a small car and just moved here. We purchased it online so Walmart should be responsible for its return to the store and give us our money back!

Not great, but not bad either.

Probably a pretty good couch for a spare living area or a college dorm. It's comfortable, and easy to assemble. If you like to nap on the couch, this one is probably going to be disappointing for most. The cushions are pretty narrow. Back cushions come up to a little over mid-back, so there's no laying your head back while watching TV or gaming or anything. For the sake of comparison, I'm 5'9. Overall, I don't regret my purchase. It looks nice, sits pretty comfortably, and is easy to put together, even for just one person. I suspect I'll probably use it for a year or two before replacing.

We purchased the tan couch and chair, and both are awesome. We didn't have any damage and the items were packaged well. At first we were very surprised the small size of the boxes, but when we put the furniture together, they looked great; love the color. I'm glad we decided to go with the tan instead of the brown. We have a small townhouse and the size is perfect, and there was enough room to add two end tables on each side of the couch. I actually like that the couch cushions are hard than soft - it's just my preference. We had no issues putting it together and it looks great with all the added accessories. Would definitely recommend this purchase; you can't go wrong for the quality and price.

First off the couch is NOT chocolate brown as the picture shows. It is TAN. It still matched my living room so im not really upset, but you should be aware before buying it. Second, the backrest of the couch is short. It comes to my shoulder blades. Third off, the couch was easy to put together and i only paid $275.00 for it. You cant expect GREAT quality from such a low price. It fits my needs. My fiance and i put this couch together in about 20 minutes sonthe instructions aren’t hard to follow. If you are heavier or tall this wouldnt be a couch for you. If you are looking for a “softer” couch this wouldnt be the couch for you either. It is firm, but i dont mind that either considering the price. Im thinking it will last a couple years if that.. but for my back sitting room its not that bad.

Upset

This couch has to be assembled And felt like i was being set up to fail from the beginning. It said on the order signature required but the person who delivered the couch didn’t even knock, And literally dropped it in my driveway. I new this because i was actually in my garage. I wrestled with this thong for over 45 minutes. I could not get the back of the couch on. We took the Metal piece off the back of the couch And compared to the piece on the other side And they were completely different. They had put the same exact piece in one side of the couch “back “ and the Metal piece that it was supposed to fit into. Meaning we waited weeks and paid for a couch we can’t even use. I have no idea how to get replacement pieces. Sending it back world mean more wells without a couch which i May have to do anyways

I’m a real estate agent and purchased this couch to stage a home that I was going to sell. It arrived at my local Walmart in less than a week. I picked it up from the store and it fit easily in the back of my old Lexus RX. It was easy for my husband and I (I’m an out of shape 57 year old woman)to carry into the house and assemble. It snapped together in about 15 minutes. Not super comfortable but ok. It looked nice. So if your looking for something high quality and lush this may not be the sofa for you. If you are looking for an affordable, cute, light weight, piece then this is a great couch. The brown color is lighter in real life than it is in the picture. Its a tan that’s a great neutral that blends well with gray. It would be great for college students or a room that gets a lot of wear and tear with kids and teens. I jazzed it up with some cool pillows. It looked great!

Decent Quality for the Low Price

I purchased the sofa, loveseat and chair. The first item I opened was the loveseat. There were no instructions in the box but, even still, assembly was obvious and easy. The other two items included instructions, but I didn't need to refer to them. All three items were unpacked and assembled in less than 45 minutes.

Comfortable, efficient sofa

As a relatively cost-effective, starter sofa, I would highly recommend this to others.
