BAD quality & Poor customer service

In 2022, I purchased this product, but was disappointed with its quality. Despite my initial attempts to return it, the customer service team convinced me to keep it by offering a partial refund. Unfortunately, as expected, the product broke down again within two weeks.

Excellent so far, took a bit to break in, but its comfortable and convienent with the pull out, storage in chaise, and semi easy to pull apart and rearrange.

OK product for the money if bought on sale.

Bought on sale. OK product for the price. Difficult to put together by yourself. Once assembled, cannot disassembled without fear of breaking it. I would not recommend moving this couch around much once assembled. Arrived in two very large and well packed boxes. Good communication throughout the purchasing process and delivery.

I wish I didn’t have to put one star

Worst experience EVER. Customer service SUCKS and is absolutely no help and basically said my couch is no good cause none of the pieces properly fit together. Nobody was willing to help me get a new one or even a refund. Cheaply made and ran company. Not worth your time and money.

Extremely disappointed customer

This has been a terrible experience. I purchased this item on 10/23. Delivery was arranged for a Friday afternoon from 1:30-5:30. I took off work and was home awaiting the delivery. We got a call that the driver was about an hour behind so we changed plans and spent the evening in. We then got a call that it would not be coming at all that evening, but would be here first thing Saturday morning and we would get a call when they were 30 minutes out. I had not received a call by 11 so called the company and was informed it would not be delivered at all and they would call to reschedule. I then called Abbyson once they opened for the week and was told they would look into it and call me back- I never received that return call. The delivery company called and told me they could deliver it the day after Thanksgiving. I informed them we would be out of town for the holiday. I was told the next available date would be December 12th. I informed them this was unacceptable. They stated they would see what they could do and get back to me. I also called Abbyson to inform them of my issue and see what they could do. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back from either company. I am extremely disappointed in the service (or lack there of) that I received!

Bad customer service

Three weeks after placing an order and talking to a representative there was no news. Nobody bothered to let me know that the item is not avaialable and I have to wait another 5 weeks before it might be delivered. And I got this info after I called them to check on the status of the order. Had to cancel the order and probobly will not buy any item from this site.

Long piece of thread sewn into weave of fabric on pullout section that can't be removed; looks bad. O/w okay.

Very easy to put together and convert to bed. Great to have bedding storage in chaise seat. Full-size bedding fits well.

Great storage sofa

Its a very nice concept but not for sitting. It is extremely hard. Its almost unbearable. It would really needed to be broken in.

Absolutely the perfect sofa!

Purchased for a small apartment living room. It has everything you could want with the convertible bed and the storage under the chaise. The material is durable and should stand up to usage over time. The couch is comfortable, not hard and not too soft. It is the ideal piece of furniture for a small living room or apartment where you need the extra bed for guests. I was worried because it was relatively inexpensive that it would not be comfortable to sit in/sleep on or would not last, but the quality of the couch is wonderful. It's also a plus that the chaise can be used on either end, meaning it can easily be used in other places in the home. Assembly was a snap.

The product is great. I love the new sofa. It is sturdy and eureka great in my office. I wish the cushions were more plush.

Great addition to the family!

We have had this convertible couch for a few weeks now and are very pleased. The unit was easy to assemble and comfortable. I purchased it for our home office, but my family and I (my wife, 3 kids 8,7,5 years-old and me) convert it to a bed and watch movies on it all the time... In the office, rather than our living room with big comfy reclining sofas and surround sound.
