Perfect for my family! We love it!

My family and I love this sectional!!! It’s the perfect size for our small den! Perfect for our grandchildren and my hubby and I for comfy movie nights! The only complaint (if any) is that it’s firmer than what our comfort level would prefer. Therefore, I add a thick blanket to the top of it before we take a nap.

Sectional bed is great!

The sectional couch/bed with storage is great. We were able to put it together with no issues. The couch material is stain-resistant and cushions are firm. Love the storage capacity!

Wish I Could Review the Sofa, but I Can't

I bought this sofa at the end of February and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Two different colored pieces were delivered. We asked for an exchange and still received the wrong color, so they took both sofas back. It's now the end of April and I have no sofa and no refund.

Beautiful, Comfortable Sofa - Good Quality

This is exactly as described. It's a firm couch, which i like. Easy to assemble and quite comfortable. It appears to be of high quality and love the storage portion of it as well. I would buy again. We are pleased with our purchase.

Good value for spare room.

Perfect for our spare room. Fits our needs, especially at this good sale price. This is not a luxury couch by any means, but it is comfy for a night of TV and popcorn with the kiddos.

It’s only 2 years old

I have mixed feelings. I loved it when I first got it then after a few months the cushions didn’t form back so that sucks. Wish bottom cushions were detachable so i could put new foam in them

Couch arrived damaged, the pull out section/frame is not secured and the front panel kind of hangs there. Upon opening the box 2 screws came falling out, so we knew right away we had issues. We are awaiting for Sams to help with a replacement.

Pricing is high for quality. Very hard and thinner padding. Also the footstool falls off the track constantly. We haven't had it for a year yet but I'm already looking for a new couch.

Too firm for me

I bought this for the purpose of its pull out bed. The bed rolls out fine, and the storage under the chaise is spacious. But sitting on it as a sofa, is very firm, what more sleeping on it. And the backrest is very short, not meant to support anyone's back or head. But, it serves its purpose as a guest bed.

Couch is firm. Purchased to have extra sleeping space when needed & price. I like the look & feel of the material. Would recommend for someone just starting out for everyday use as well

Kylie storage sectional was very low quility and looked like a $299 sofa. We returned the sofa!

Very Cute Couch

I bought this for my spare bedroom that is multi purposed as a guest room and cinema room. The couch looks great but is a bit hard. It also provides no neck support as the back is short. But, for the price and providing sleeping in a cinfined space, it works just fine.

Comfy Basement Couch But Falls Out Tracks

Bought this during the summer sale. We'd been holding out on a pull out couch and finally made the move. This sofa is perfect size for our basement living room. It may be a tad short for someone on the taller side. For us, it is comfortable. Great for movie nights. However, perhaps because of user error, the pull out falls off the tracks. It is not a big issue to realign. Overall good.

It met my expectations

I love the size, feel, and color for my apartment. Just enough furniture for a small living room space.

it says what it is

it's a little firmer than I like and the armrests and back are very low. Also the seat cushions are not removable which makes putting a cover over them a lot more work. Overall it's a decent couch for the money. It arrived in two boxes and was easily assembled with 2 people; I wouldn't advise trying to put it together alone. It arrived a day earlier than expected.
