This is the second set of Tov chairs I have purchased. These swivel all the way around. A bit tricky to assemble and did need to hire my handy man to assist. These are so unique and fun and the price point is really good on these. I ordered the blush to add a pop of color to my family room which was full of neutrals. I would definitely recommend these swivel chairs.
