I love everything about this except the anchors and screws they provide. Its like the screws are too small for the anchors and the shelves dont hold in the wall. Nothing a quick trip to the hardware store couldnt fix but very inconvienent.

The kittens really enjoy the unit, the use every bit of it. Theyre both are fairly large kittens main coon mixes and they move around it quite well. I think theyre gonna enjoy it for many many years , very satisfied with the purpose

Shelves too small

The shelves turned out to be kitten sized. So my cats can use it as stepping stones, but there is no place for my 13 lb cat to lie comfortably. I had to add larger shelves

For the money, this is a great set up. My only 2 critiques are; the screws were too short (maybe because my house is so old, so I bought longer screws) and the carpet is a little slippery. In general, I would also say this is really only good for smaller cats, maybe 10 lbs or less. If you have a cat that’s 12+ lbs, I would buy a different product.

My bangle kitten loves to jump, run and play and this is amazing for her to keep her off counters and furniture she stays entertained and me at ease and the price you can’t beat!!!

I couldn’t get the thing assembled!!! It doesn’t have any pre-drilled holes. And terrible instructions.

Not built for long term

It requires more support brackets than it vines with apparently. My kitten just jumped up and fell. Now I have a broken shelf and a hole in my wall. Yes, I used the anchors and even paid a professional handyman to install due to my vaulted ceilings, I don’t own a ladder. Now, I have a broken cat toy and need to hire someone to fix the wall. It was great at first. My kitten loved it so much. He’s trying to find a way back up now. Just buy extra support brackets!

the screws provided dont hold enough weight so i recommend supplying your own but itherwise its sturdy and my cats (big and little) love this. we just ordered a second one!

My cat is in obsessed with his setup! He stays climbing all over it, likes eating his food in the box one, and sleeps on the highest step of the bridge. Honestly considering getting more since he enjoys it so much.

Never arrived

I have been requesting several times to have my dog/cat food to be delivered to my door. Twice now packages have disappeared because they should deliver to my door. I am disabled and I should not have to keep begging for someone to deliver to my door.

The box with the scratching post is bent and won’t line up fully with the wall but other than that the kitty’s absolutely adorable it

What can I say? Chewy always delivers! The kitties love this wall of activity!

poor quality

The quality is poor. It was difficult to put together and hard to mount. The screws didn't tighten into the brackets properly so it just fell apart. The shelves aren't big enough for my small cat.
