I purchased three of these heaters. It keep the areas warm and don't use a lot of electricity

nice little heater

The only down side to his heater is there is no controlling the device if the controller is lost. We have not been able to sufficiently use it yet, but we did turn it on and play with it in the house and it seemed warm. I like that there are three different heat levels.

Not what expected

Does not seem to put out much radiant heat as I expected. Seems like you need to be within 6ft to even feel anything.

Not enough heat. However, it is a good product just not enough heat as an outdoor item.

Glorified light bulb

Purchased 2 of these for outdoor patio use. They emitted too much light, batteries were dead in the remote, and hardly any heat. The also send off a frequency on the lowest setting that cause our led lighting to flicker throughout the house. They are from a third party on the App so you cannot take them back to your local store. Must send them back via Fed-ex and lost money due to that return shipping.

Wayfair uses the term "fan" several times in the product details of this heater (including the title), but there is absolutely no fans anywhere on this unit. The Product Overview section even states "Fan / Forced Air" which is a lie. This is simply an electric heater with an element that heats up and radiates, nothing more. Also, the remote pictured in this listing is wrong. The actual remote has 500, 1000, and 1500 watt options.

This is a decent heater for a good price, people should be aware though that this won't heat a large area. This is the issue with most outdoor heaters though, even the large propane ones
