This is shocking! I purchased this table and when it arrived, there were no visible signs of cracks. However, just 40 days later, we noticed a huge crack running from the edge to the middle on both sides of the table, and it keeps growing. It’s completely unacceptable for a brand-new table to crack like this out of nowhere. I reached out via the AI chat for support, but it wouldn’t give me the option to request a return, as it claims the warranty has passed the 30-day mark. I find this policy frustrating and unfair, especially for a product that has been in my house for only 45 days!! I need someone to help me with a proper exchange or refund. This is outrageous....

This table is absolutely beautiful and it makes me so sad that it is not quality! I’ve had it for less than three months and the ends started cracking. I contacted Wayfair and they refunded me 20 and within another two weeks a large crack is going down the top of the table, don’t waste your time or money.

This table is suitable for both formal & informal spaces. It's a very high quality, sturdy piece of furniture - I'm using it as a business (home work / study) table where I can comfortably spread out. Seamless delivery & product arrived in mint condition (no scratches, scuffs, gouges, etc.). I'm glad we discovered BIRCHLN.

I was thrilled to receive this beautiful table, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. Within just two months, multiple large cracks developed across the tabletop—despite only being used for standard dining with plates and cups for 4 people max. Given the price, I expected far better quality and durability.

It could be a great table--but it arrived damaged...and it does not match the chairs we ordered with it (and it arrived 2 months after the chairs, so the chairs cannot be returned).

The improper connection of the legs to the top resulted in a misaligned corner cutout, highlighting a lack of attention to detail. Given the substantial price, the disappointing quality is a major let down. A thorough quality control review would have identified and rectified the evident fingerprints in the finish and the flawed connection between the legs and the top. Such oversights underscore a lapse in the manufacturing process, emphasizing the need for more stringent quality checks, particularly considering the table's premium price point.
