Pleasingly heavy
The quality and beauty of this is top notch for the price. I bought one for double the price off Amazon and returned it because it was so flimsy. This is everything I hoped and I’ll be a return customer to GW.
Gift
Bought as a gift for son that just moved into a place with a fireplace. Fit his decor. Had some issues figuring out to hang one of the tools but finally was able to figure it out.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
One star review because unfortunately item never left Kohls warehouse. It was a Christmas gift ordered 11/25 that they were to receive by 12/5. Found out they didn’t over three weeks later. No call, text, email from Kohls. Very disappointed. Kohls used to care about their customers. It is not the same company it used to be. So sad.

I never received my order or was notified by Kohl’s it wouldn’t be shipped.

Looks good, preforms crappy
For decor purpose, it’s great. If your actually plan on using them then buy better. Cheap made, the tongs bolt broke after trying to remove one piece of wood on the first use.
Waste of time
Ordered it over a month ago.Said it was ready to ship.Called customer service and was told it was out of stock.Wish they would have told me that when I ordered it.Sure could have used it with all the cold weather we had.Don't think I will order anything online again.
Still waiting for it
After two weeks of buying it, I can not write a review since the package is "Awaiting Carrier Pickup". Totally disappointed.As of now, I would not recommend this product.
