Purchased 11 months ago.

We purchased this electric fireplace 11 months ago on 20 December 2023. The fire lighting on the wood or display keeps going dim, then periodically and randomly tuning back to bright. I've shut it off and unplugged it in hopes to rest it, but it didn't work. There is some sort of electrical short or issue with it. Very frustrated, especially since we mounted it into the wall, with pending selling our home this summer...

The color wasn't even close to the picture. This is why I do not like to order large items online. Wayfair knows you won't return it. I will say I gave an extra star because of Wayfairs customer service regarding this issue.

Makes a lovely addition to the room. Was a little high but it seems well put together and the heater is really nice for 1500 watts.

It’s beautiful. I first expected it to be too short after reviewing the other comments. However it’s the perfect height. Unfortunately the top was completely damaged on the front corner. Waiting for a replacement, but otherwise very happy.

This fireplace is a gorgeous piece of furniture, not only providing character and warmth to the room, but a place for one’s most treasured volumes close at hand.

Gorgeous fireplace!

This fireplace has exceeded my expectations! It came packaged nicely in 3 boxes, nothing was damaged, and my 14-yr-old and I put it together in less than 30 minutes. The color on the ad looks light grey and I was nervous because the wall it is on is also light grey, but it ended up being a true white and beautiful.

The fireplace is beautiful, had a little trouble getting the fire box and mantle to line up at the end to put the mantle top on but ended up loosening the screws to the firebox completely,putting the mantle on and retightening them. After that everything fit perfectly. The unit came very well packed, and flawless. Much heavier than I anticipated but I don't mind the sturdiness. Worth every penny and very satisfied with the beautiful addition to our living room. I had called customer service originally thinking that the mantle was too small for the unit and they were more than willing to assist me with trying to send a replacement. I ended up canceling the customer service order. I'm truly grateful for Wayfair and their amazing customer service as well! Thank you!

Assembly was very easy, Quality design and workmanship. The flames look quite real.The only issue was the remote did not work. I contacted Home Depot and I received a working remote in just a few days, very happy with my purchase.

Dissatisfied

The top piece of the units crown moldings were dismounted from the top panel. It was packaged in foam as if it was a separate piece so i know it came from the manufacturer that way and was not damaged during shipping. I had to have a finishing company repin the piece of molding to the top board and repair it. The fireplace unit itself has this big bulky pipe in the back on the right side if you are facing it that looks just hidious. It really takes away from the beauty of the fire as well as the entire casing. I rarely turn the fire on because i cant belive I made a 600 purchase for this big pipe looking thing in the glass to ruin it. I will not recommend this product to anyone. I will eventually replace the unit i suppose. Such a disappointment of my hard earned money.

Very cheaply made

This piece arrived in the wrong color. Thinking it may work anyway- we opened one box. It was chipped and parts were broken. It is put together with small staples that apparently can’t support the structure. We loaded the three boxes into our vehicle and returned it with no problem.

Easy to install, and really elegant. Great finish. Nothing was damaged upon delivery, the instructions were pretty straight forward. The actual heater itself is decent, if at some point I get tired of it, I'll remove the heater and just put some birch wood, and it will look just as nice.
