I was excited when the fireplace arrived . I put its foot stands on plugged it in and it didn’t work . Tried another outlet ( just in case ) and still nothing . I took it back for a refund . To bad I was really looking forward to it .

it broke after 5 days.

What a big disappointment. We ordered this and not only was it late being shipped out by 4 days, but it broke after consistent use. Just stopped lighting up and just started clicking repeatedly, very cheaply made. Returned and unsure if I'll be getting another.

The legs were a bit difficult to screw-in. The flame ? is the most realistic electric fire place I have ever purchased. Gives off good heat.

Have enjoyed my heater. The look and feel of a fireplace. It is just right for our needs and for the space needed for. Very pleased. Thank u.

A bit smaller than I envisioned for the space, but kicks out enough heat, and fairly quickly. With its smaller than expected size, it will be able to be stored easily during the warm months.

It looks like a real fire in it. Heat will and fast.

Extremely pleased

I want to share that I find myself extremely pleased with the customer service received when I had to call concerning my order received. The light in the fireplace was going dim which promptly was handled and a replacement was received in a very timely manner. One happy camper here !! :)

Well Made, Works Great

We saw this model used in an igloo (N Mich!) at a local winery and brought one for our enclosed, unseated porch. It works great and we’re looking forward to more times with it. Assembly note: the legs and stove body use thick metal; pre start the screws part way into all the holes, take them out, then attach them with a narrow nine inch screwdriver.

4 month product?

Bought this heater at the end of November and as of March 7th the heater element won't even turn on. The thermostat is terrible. There were plenty of times I'd have it set around 70 to 72 and it would not come on in a 66 degree room. Other times it would be set around 69 or 70 is and the room would be 74 degrees and climbing and the heater wouldn't turn offbeven when the know was turned all the way down. Definitely recommend a digital thermostat after this experience.

Nice little stove

This is adorable, however so light weight that you barely touch it on an edge it tips. I usually keep a planted pot on mine, but I’m afraid it can’t take the weight the flames are beautiful and realistic. However, the log has no red to it like embers are. Not sure I would have bought if I knew the logs are really black and yellow . No glow. Dissapointed.

The 2nd unit has not stopped working so thats good. I still dont think the thermostat is calibrated right. It could use a digital display instead of a turn knob

Poor product for the price we pd . Other Sm heaters put out more heat than this one . Noticed now you get free table heater for purchasing heater . What kind of gimmicks is this . Very dissatisfied !!!

I never opened the box and I returned it. Too big for my unit.

Sort of happy

It is smaller than I thought. Should have taken measurements of the one I am replacing, but it will work for the area I have it in. Great flame affect, but the sound switch is a bit honky. Not that authentic. Main thing is it will take the chill off.

Cute little heater

I bought this with a voucher because my larger heater broke a week after the warranty expired. It's not quite as big/pretty as the TS25, but seems just as warm. Overall, a cute little stove, but I hope it is more durable than the last one.
