Damaged item - Poor Support

Item was received with broken door window. Support could have shipped a replacement (window or door) - I told them as much. But instead, they wanted me to do all the legwork to fix their problem. I declined. Had I received a complete, unbroken item, I would have done the work to obtain replacement parts, etc. As is, I simply requested a return and ordered elsewhere. Will not order big drop-shipped items again from Lowe's.

YOU CAN GET THIS SAME STOVE FOR $799

I'm not sure why this stove is selling for $1,069.39 when it is the EXACT same stove as the Master Forge that sells for $799.00 They come from the same factory, so someone is going to get seriously ripped off buying this stove.

Great stove

Great stove. Everything came in a crate, well packaged. Nothing was damaged. I would of gave it 5 stars but it was hard to find all the pipes for venting and not great instructions on the venting process.

Buyer beware

This is advertised as air wash system it does not have it I've called and txted cleveland iron works because of damage from factory all i got was I am sorry we dont have replacement parts and didn't know what air wash system was never heard of that before i said anything about they did say to return to where i bought it but like i said damaged was caused at factory i and iam not paying another 250.00 to deliver back they do not have parts for this so buyer beware the delivery company did great job not damage to outside boxes and buying was easy no triuble there either just company that made it dont stand behind there product

Very nice stove heat's really well only thing I don't like is it doesn't hold a fire very long 3 maybe 4 hours

Very nice looking heavy duty stove. Very heavy. I had one a lot like this one that had much more functional air intake control. This is my only complaint. Position of the air control rod make little difference in the combustion.
