Does what it a Says it does! Keeps our basement living room a comfortable temp in the winter. Not a replacement for a furnace, but definitely makes a difference

Does not have remote

I give this 2 stars not because it doesn't do a great job but there is no remote when it states a remote does come with it..I also received a replacement ..again with no remote ..the verbage needs to be reviewed and corrected..No remote is included..

This fireplace is slightly smaller than l imagined, nonetheless, it is super as an ambient piece of furniture.

Good product

Bought this for a room in my basement recently turned into a den that does not have a heater. It is a nice little heater that gives out plenty of heat and the "flames" are quite realistic.

Lightweight and easy to use

The weather is cold, just right to use, the temperature rises as soon as I open it, it is especially suitable for me to use it in the basement. Although the stove is not as big as I thought, the power is still not affected by the size. worth buying!

Well packaged. Legs are difficult to mount for center screw. Magnetic cross tip screw driver worked perfectly. Plenty of heat and a beautiful flame display.

Mostly good, quality could be better

I'm happy overall with this. Putting the legs on were more complicated than I thought it would be because the screws are really hard to get in and some I couldn't do all together.

Plastic heater legs

The heater is very nice. The flame is beautiful. We placed it into our decorative fireplace with mantel that takes electric units. It looks beautiful. However it comes with plastic legs that would be impossible to assemble without a magnetic head Phillips screwdriver which I don't remember being stated in the description. Even with that it is a good buy for the price.
