Nightmare

This is a beautiful stove %26 if it worked I would probably love it! However, it does not work and cannot be connected due to the fact that the duel fuel regulator is defective. Walmart will not handle the return. It must be returned through a 3rd party seller who will not respond to any communication. I have had no luck getting a refund or any information on where to return the stove. I received an email from Walmart stating that the seller was notified %26 had 48 hours to contact me. That was 12 days ago %26 they have made no contact. I finally got a person for Walmart customer service after 3 calls %26 finally just banging the phone on the wall during the 10 minutes of automated messages only to be told they would contact the seller on my behalf %26 they would have 48 hours to contact me! Again! I am very disappointed in Walmart as I bought the stove online from their website. The fact that the stove came from a 3rd party should not dismiss Walmart of the responsibility of merchandise sold on their website. I trusted Walmart which is why I did not buy the stove from Amazon. I assumed that I could return it to Walmart if there were any problems. I don’t know where to turn at this point and the Walmart customer service number is a joke. This has been a nightmare and it has cost me $395 plus the cost of the technician that confirmed the stove was not operational. I learned a valuable lesson which is that I can no longer trust Walmart to stand by the merchandise they advertise on their website.

Excellent heater.

I used this gas heater for 6 years. It is excellent safe and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for an economical real warm back up heat or to heat up a small home. I am going to buy another one because I moved and left that one in the home. I am going to purchase one for backup heat in case there is a power outage because you do not need the power to operate it.

We love this stove, it does a great job of heating our 900 square foot cabin however, it does keep shutting off after about ten minutes, which is something we need to sort out. But it’s beautiful and has all the charm of a wood stove.

Heater was easy to assemble and seems like it would put out plenty of heat for my cabin. Haven’t used it since we are done with cold weather for now. Home Depot offered free delivery… how cool is that! Overall I’d recommend.

The unit was cheaply made. The gas line connection port was damaged - assume during transit. Item returned.

Overall look. Dislike a notable slight gas smell when flame comes on. About two weeks. It does meet my expectations. The box it arrived in was really beat up, but the stove was undamaged.

This propane stove is fantastic! My husband had it working quickly; and, we are thoroughly enjoying it!

This heater is awesome! It's really pretty to look at. The logs are realistic and not plastic looking. The little hidden door on the bottom front that houses the thermostat is great so you do not have to look at unsightly knobs. Installation was a snap and it gets the room so hot, so quick. I love it. Very happy with the purchase.

It's been a great addition to our heat the past few weeks. The thermostat made it easy to help keep the house warm when the mini splits went into defrost mode. It automatically started the fire when the temp dropped, and cut it off when the room reached the desired temp.

I love the look and when it is on it has plenty of heat. My self a senior citizen, the stove is hard to light. I have had to pay for two service calls just to light it. I was doing it correctly but for some reason it just wouldn't light. Does anyone on here have any suggestions of lighting this stove?

Barely OK

I had one of these before this purchase, but it started leaking gas. Regulating temperature is problematic. Most of the time it's too hot are not warm enough. I should have bought a different brand.

Shouldn't Have Wasted Money

Delivery was atrocious. It was placed standing up, not as the box clearly showed to do. The biggest log was broken in half. Instructions said to contact seller. That's a joke! Home Depot employees have no clue! If ever again I won't buy from HD and will purchase a different brand.
