We are returning the unit today. It does not heat the room at all! It’s too small.

I like everything about it it is awesome! Fits in decor perfectly keeps me nice and warm it meets my expectations my daughter is going to purchase one I have had it for two months now so far so good it's dependable in my opinion service was very good ? thank you ! ?

The most beautiful flame

I've looked at so many portable freestanding heaters and this one has the most beautiful flame effect. So far, the heater is great. I haven't had it long, but I would purchase again. Some of faux fireplace are too red or not very 'flickering". This one is more yellow and has a lot of movement. I was looking for primarily a faux fireplace look to put in a hutch I have. This is just perfect for that. I won't be using the heater that much, but the flame effect is fabulous.I wish I could add a video

Over Charged for product plus electric bill high

My light bill went through the roof using product. I paid $110, when I went to return them, the price showed $54.97. I feel so cheated.

They should not even make this. It is a terrible fire hazard and I'm going to return it, I didn't even use it, but when I plugged it in it only had the two prong plug and the heating element is way hot and it sparks and can't adjust down. BOO! This needs to be discontinued.

Potential Fire Hazard! UNSAFE!!!

I really liked the look of this heater and it heated the area that needed to be heated very well. However, after about 3 months I started smelling something burning and it was the wall outlet where the heater cord was plugged in!!! The wall outlet was burnt and the cord was extremely hot!!! I returned it and replaced it with another one of the same kind. This one has lasted a little longer. It was plugged into a different outlet with the same results!!! Unfortunately it is outside of the warranty window! Does not even ONE star!!!

This product met all of my expectations. It is very pretty and also does its job. It keeps the area warm and cozy. Very good product at a great price.

Don't Buy

This heater is horrible! I am very disappointed in this product. It over heats really fast and have burned socket out. The cord get so hot you can't even touch which make this a real hazardous product. Please don't buy not worth the trouble. Home Depot should remove this product all together.

We have always had a fireplace space heater, it just adds that country house rustic look, and really great for anyone who doesn’t have a fireplace ? the heating controls work great, and the heat that comes from this unit is super nice, these things last about 7 years give or take, as long as you keep it well good maintained. All around great buy.

Not only me but my GG grandson also loves it, very pleased. It puts out just enough heat in the evenings, the look of a fire place is very pleasing.

The stove is beautiful and fits in perfectly with a rustic decor. I love that the body of the heater does not get hot so it is safe to use with children around.

This little stove/heater/fireplace is a beautiful addition to my living room. Its small enough to fit anywhere, and works great! Highly recommend.
