The unit did not turn on.

Very nice flame but a little noisy.

I ordered this item had to return it it was busted then ordered it again and it doesn't work now have to return it again

It didn’t fit so had to order another without its own glass door which I did also from you. Got a Duraflame. Like it a lot.

It’s exactly what we wanted

It is great but the heat does not cover the room. The heat goes on and off when I use my TV remote.

Never received the correct product that was ordered. First order placed 12-08-23. It was canceled but received it anyway. And it was wrong. Reordered and returned the heater. Orderer was canceled by home depot customer service! Reordered again, received wrong heater again. Gave the model number and was told that the item is a camera. I was reading the #that was on the unit. Don't understand what is going on. Will not attempt to order again. Never had trouble with home depot ordering before. If I can't get it at the store will have to go somewhere else.

The Cambridge 23 in Freestanding Electric fireplace insert fit my older surround perfectly! I use this LED lit flame everyday for the ambiance and friendly glow of the dancing fire and it costs pennies to run without the heat feature. Most days I don't use heat, but love that it is available to me in two speeds by remote at the flick of my finger. The black bar panel at the top diffuses the look of being an electric appliance and gives the fireplace a more realistic feeling. This particular flame does not let you change color tones for more orange or red, but it does adjust from darker glowing ember to brighter yellow dancing flame. I am very satisfied with this purchase and do recommend.

We had a nice fireplace frame, but the electric insert wasn't working. We were able to get this one which fit perfectly. It provides nice heat and looks pleasing, as well.

bought this insert a week ago. took it out of the box and read the manual. pluged it in and it worked fine low but put it on hi and it worked about 2 hours and shut off. end of the cord on the heater got hot and burned my six way plug in up that i had pluged into wall socket. i am returning and wouldn't recomend for anyone buying this product!

Take out the old one to measure cabinets.

It was higher than a cabinet one, buy I didn't any cabinets that was offered is why I bought the insert only. Fits perfectly.

Fabulous electric heater

I had been researching a new insert for my corner fireplace and this one has worked out beautifully. Installed easily, wonderful heat output and love the remote. It is very obviously and electric fire but, certainly does the trick. Would highly recommend.
