After we installed the flames stopped flickering. Real Flame customer service was very helpful and sent us a new one. Besides having to uninstall and reinstall we're really happy with it and the company.

Not bad for the price. The heater works great and is not as loud as others have described it.

We built our own shiplap fireplace and this was the perfect flushmount fireplace for it! I've had real flame fireplaces before and they all have been great!

Very nice. Love it.

This is a high-quality product, and I expect it will serve me for many years to come. It does not produce quite as much heat as I had hoped, but it should be adequate for the 360 square foot space. Easy to install, and it looks great! Though the "log set" they give you is not something you really want to display, kinda cheapy looking. But the decorative stones are very nice.

I love this fireplace. I turn it on all the time just for the ambiance. I had a contractor build out a wall for me for it. It blows heat nicely. That part is a bit loud, but not horrible. And you don't have to turn on the heat feature of it. The color choices are great. I decided to put in the wood looking option. It also comes with glass pieces and stone pieces as well. So you can choose if you want a more traditional or contemporary vibe. Love it!

Fireplace is beautiful we live it. The issue is that the logs inside arrived cracked. I’ve tried to get a replacement but Wayfair has been difficult to work with. The chat is not helpful and when I called to talk to a person they just hung up on me.

Super easy to install

Great looking fireplace, I probably should have researched a little further and found one that had option to increase fan speed. I have started noticing that the remote sometimes will not properly work. I have to push the on button several times to start the fireplace. Overall however the appearance is great.

This fireplace could end my marriage! I want it on all the time and my hubby says our bedroom is now a sauna. It’s beautiful and really puts out some heat.
