Opposite the guest room bed was a blank wall with narrow passage to the closet. Artwork would have worked but thought this would add some romance and had added benefits. A previously coolish room now has a heat source, if needed, or you can run this without the added heat. It is a focal point when prone on the bed and it serves as a nightlight; it flickers and lulls you to sleep. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the fireplace.

We loved it until this morning when out of nowhere the glass exploded. Unit was plugged in but NOT turned on.

We used it every once in a while, but just the fireplace function, never used the heat. Had it mounted under a window 3 feet from the foot of our bed. Watching TV in bed this AM when out of nowhere BOOM, sounded like a cinderblock went threw our window. Glass everywhere and up to 7 feet from it. This was really scary how load it was. It was the outside curved piece broken in thousands of pieces, took 45 minutes to clean. The inner plastic piece was not damaged

This brings coziness to my bedroom! It's a little loud but you get used to it quickly. I really like this!

We are very happy with our purchase-- the size and heat output are perfect. Company last night seemed very pleased with it - and even said they may order it for themselves --- so that's a pretty great review.

Item is as advertised and I love its look and the warmth it puts out. BUT it came with absolutely no instructions. If my SO wasn’t a great handy man, I would have been very upset.

I love having this in my home. My living room is small and I do not have enough room for a wood stove, pellet stove or traditional fireplace - this really makes the room cozy and has become our new, favorite place to simply relax on the cold nights!

Very nice but I had to return it. I wanted it for a bathroom remodel and the Ekectrician expressed concerns with the size of the room. The lighting was beautiful and quality was definitely what I was looking for.
