Missing feet twice
I love the look and thought it would go well with my fireplace. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The box was very beat up and it was missing the feet. I took it back to the store and they were very helpful. I reordered and received another damaged box. Again the feet were missing. Home Depot gave me store credit since I originally ordered it with a gift card.

This was a defective product. Ordered three times and damaged on each delivery, think they sent the same screen each time and on the last time made some repair to the broken areas and re sent....Check the box before you pick up or just do not order pick something else

I'm extremely happy with the fireplace screen I had ordered from Home Depot. The overall quality and style is comparable to screens 3 times the price from other retailers. The ordering process was easy online and the ability to track my ordered was great I knew exactly when to expect delivery.
Damaged
The screen was damaged when it was received. One of the welds was broken in the top right corner of the screen where it attaches to the screen. It is not very visible, but still damaged. Will not order again from Hayneedle or fireplace screens.
