Purchased this for my house and it was amazing endless cold and hot water

The unit is made out of plastic and looks very cheap. First one that we received was cracked, second one we received was also cracked but not as bad, so we kept it. The unit is made with two different color whites, a brite white on the upper front portion and a creamy white on the bottom and sides. Looks really strange, like they ran out of one color, so they used a different color plastic to complete. You can't tell that it is two different colors on the web site. The "safety" button for hot water works sometimes but is not consistent. Other than that, the cold water is nice and cold, and the hot water is nice and hot. Overall, the unit is pretty quiet. It would be nice if they had an option for room temp. water.

I was called from Homedepot and told they did not have the black in stock, but had the white drinkpod 5000 so I accepted. On arrival the equipment was not the correct manufacturer and very damaged, not happy with this purchase. Was easy to return the agents were helpful on phone and at store.
