Disappointed

It started leaking after installation. It was professionally installed and personally supervised.

It started out good for the first week then every time I use the heat, the breaker will trip, so I need to return it for another. This is our second one, the 1st one has been working good. I will be ordering a 3rd one as well.

i like our water dispenser because its bottleless. to hard to life 5 gal. jugs the only thing is i wish filters were cheaper

Find Something Else by Another Company

We bought one of these for our law firm in 2022. It was a lot of work to install and would not work. After a lot of trouble, they agreed to replace it. The replacement worked just long enough for us to spend over $100 on new filters and then stopped working completely. After dragging me around for a full month now ignoring my emails and repeatedly making me provide the same information over and over, including photos, videos, purchase receipts, and descriptions, they casually replied with a message that generally says: tough luck buddy, it's been more than a year since you bought it. This is the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Steer clear of this company at all cost is my advice!

You get what you pay for

Low quality looking discolored black plastic on top mixed with high gloss plastic for an overall cheap look. Room temp water is never room temp. What we expected in this price range

[Rewarded Review] Great self-cleaning water cooler

Thank you TryIt for my Brio Coolers - 500 Series 2-Stage UV Self-Cleaning Bottleless Water Cooler. It was fairly easy to install and provides clean, cold and hot water that tastes great. I drink my daily water from it and also make hot tea from it regularly.

Great Product For ALL Homes!

I bought this water dispenser a little over 2 years ago and that was one of my best purchases ever. Ever since I have it, I have been drinking a lot more water and never have to wait for boiling water when I want to make myself a cup of hot tea. I also use the hot water to make a healthy breakfast of instant oatmeal. After 2 years though, the cooler in the dispenser started working constantly and not shutting off resulting in the water lines freezing up. When the lines freeze up, the water does not come out of the dispenser. I assume the problem was just a temperature sensor that could probably be easily changed.

Room temperature water less than a cup of water. Hot water 12 Oz then finish all day and night noisy not recommend to anyone buy this product.

Loud Water Dispenser

I previously had an Avalon water dispenser which lasted only 3 years. I shifted to BRIO to see if i can get more longevity. This Brio model looks exactly like the Avalon in every way - almost seems like the same manufacturer. However, this BRIO model has a loud buzzz. It buzzes like the buzz from an air conditioner only more subtle (and very annoying). I would not recommend this model to anyone who is placing it within earshot of people.

Not good product

Well I got it last week install esay. But noise all the time my old product was better than this one different brand. I don't know why people put put reviews 4.7 * it should be less than 2 * anyway it is bad noise and runs whole day and night.

Best Water Dispenser I Ever Purchased

I wanted to take some time before I reviewed the Brio Water Dispenser. We've had it for three months now and I am confident in saying it is the best water dispenser we have ever purchased. It keeps the water cold, it's so easy to operate and the self cleaning option is wonderful. I wish I purchased a Brio a long time ago because it's just a great product. If you are looking to purchase a good quality water dispenser this is it!

Touch less feature is cool ! However…

The touch less feature is great. However, it would be even better if there was a way to turn it off. Otherwise the cooler works great !

Great Water Dispenser

So far this has been a great product and looks awesome. It is replacing an older water dispenser and has some nice features. The installation could have been a little easier, but the instructions had a misprint. I had to contact customer service to clarify the installation. They were great in helping and said they were working on the correction in the instructions.

No More Bottles!

I bought this cooler to no longer have to mess with expensive cumbersome bottles of water. Installs in less than an hour and if you have any sense, & no plumber is needed. My employees love it and say the water tastes better now from the Brio unit.

Great Cooler

I am really into this cooler. It looks great in my place and cools to the perfect temperature. You can adjust how cold and hot the water gets. I left mine at the manufacture settings as that’s perfect for me. I like that I can choose to not have the hot water on as I don’t need hot water on a regular basis so why waste the energy? Setup was quite easy! The machine is kinda like how refrigerators are. It turns on and off to help regulate the water temperature. It’s not too loud. I have it next to my couch and I barely hear it when it turns on to cool.
