Nice looking, bad functions

Avoid Brio Moderna dispensers, I have many problems with that:

Very noisy cooler, Hot water is not hot.

Very noisy cooler, buzzing sound can be heard from another room. Hot water is not hot: despite temperature has been set to max 194F dispensing water temperature barely reaches 160F - tested many times. Display design is awful - control buttons don't lit unless cooler/heater works

LOVE FRUSTRATION? BUY A BRIO!

Bought this CLPOU720UVF3 3+ years ago - the filtering is probably fine, but everything else about the unit and the company is awful. Customer service several times told me I HAD to replace the filters every 6 months to the tune of nearly $100 (despite my usage being a fraction of what would deplete them), then finally was told that all I had to do was press and hold a button on the back of the unit to reset it. Absurdly difficult to replace cartridges, and their documentation literally leaves out entire sections that it refers to elsewhere. I specifically bought this model because I like my water ice cold and this had the lowest advertised tempuratre at dispensing on the market...except it doesn't. I will get maybe half a cup at that temp and then it rises. I have had to resort to buying pitchers, dispensing the water into them, refrigerating them and repeatedly refilling them each day. Now, the cold water stopped dispensing, then the hot water, then the room temperature, so it is unusable.

Pick a Different Company

We bought one of these for our law firm in 2022. It was a lot of work to install and would not work. After a lot of trouble, they agreed to replace it. The replacement worked just long enough for us to spend over $100 on new filters and then stopped working completely. After dragging me around for a full month now ignoring my emails and repeatedly making me provide the same information over and over, including photos, videos, purchase receipts, and descriptions, they casually replied with a message that generally says: tough luck buddy, it's been more than a year since you bought it. This is the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Steering clear of this company at all costs is my advice!

Great but can be improved

an upgrade from my previous. I wish there were 2 additional features. (1) It had illuminated buttons that turn on with the nightlight. (2) There was a time schedule feature for when the nightlight can turn on (versus its current setup, manual switch)

Looks great, tastes great

I should have bought this years ago. My daughter use to fill up one of those pitchers just to get a few glasses of clean water. This was really easy to connect to my water source with their quick connections. You can adjust the hot and cold temperatures to your liking. I highly recommend it. Best purchase I have made in a wile, besides my electric scooter :)

Best water cooler dispenser

I bought the moderna model a year ago, still working like new.

So far very good

This dispenser was delivered yesterday and I managed to hook it up to the tap water line without any prior experience whatsoever!! Soon enough I enjoyed my first glass of tasty water. It's a pretty little thing! (Watch out for the dimensions: it's short.)

Really Like the Brio Moderna 3 stage Water Cooler! ...

Really Like the Brio Moderna 3 stage Water Cooler! Our tap water began to taste funny, so looked into different options available. The Brio is wonderful & has really helped - we have good tasting water to drink and cook with again! The Brio looks wonderful, was easy to install (great directions), cool features like changeable temperature ranges on the hot and cold, UV sterilization and really love the room temp water button for filling water bottles. Our pets love the water too :)

Moderna Self Cleaning 3-stage Cooler

I bought this 3 stage Moderna unit about 8 months ago. It has worked very well until the endless beeping started. I called customer support and was told I needed new water filters. I ordered them but was now down for a few days as I waited for the new filters to arrive. When I removed the old filters the left filter leaked some water out. I replaced the filters and plugged it back in and got a g6 (or something like that error code) and the beeping began again. I called the customer service rep and they explained there is a sensor on the bottom that shuts it down if water leaks and to wait a while to let the water evaporate then plug it back in.

Much better than bottled water cooler

After years of bottled water deliveries and lifting 5 gallon bottles on to a cooler, we switched to the bottleless system from Brio. It is great - such an improvement. While the convenience and cost advantages are obvious, the water tastes great.

I am loving this Modera Self-Cleaning Bottleless Water Cooler. I am a water drinker and was tired of having to buy bottled water because after awhile it was getting costly and the amount of plastic that was wasted was awful. Setting up this Water Cooler was easier than expected. At most it took about 30 minutes to set up. What took the longest to do was flushing the filers but after that it was ready to go when the water was ready. Water is cool enough to drink without having to use ice and we can now make hot chocolate anytime we want. The kids drink more water now and have been slowing down on drinking other drinks. It is quiet and you can barely hear it heating up. The touch controls are also a nice touch. It looks great in the kitchen because it is so pretty.

Installed this in our break room at the office for clean purified water (hot and cold). Looks great with the stainless steel finish and professional. You can set the hot and cold temperatures with a digital read out display on Celsius or Fahrenheit. We were also installing a new fridge at the time and the water cooler set off a F6 alarm and stoped working. After research we Found out it was faulting because it sensed water on the floor. Found out our fridge water line was leaking! Life saver....
