Nice dispenser, it keeps water cold and the other reservoir keeps water hot. Very handy for a cup of hot tea or a hot cocoa without having to heat water up. I really enjoy this dispenser and would recommend it to someone who wants a decent machine for the money.

After 3 months stopped working

Water is not coming out with a regular stream out of the water cooler, sometimes its dripping water instead of dispensing!

I've had this IGLOO Hot and Cold water dispenser for about 4 weeks now and it is working very well. The cold water is very cold and the hot water is very hot. It has a safety feature to keep the hot water from accidentally dispensing. So far so good. I would recommend this to a friend.

Hot water option did not work, inspite of following instructions perfectly and not plugging the unit in until I made sure water was running through the hot water nozzle and turning on the "hot" switch. At no time did the unit heat water at all, so I returned it and bought something else.
