The condenser went out after 1 month usage, so no cold water. While it was working, it’s very loud. I am giving it another chance and purchasing a replacement. Hopefully the package doesnt come damaged like the first one.

This is the WORST PRODUCT EVER!

We ordered this cooler in April of this year. They sent the wrong model so it needed to be replaced. The correct model arrived and was installed by our contractor. About two months after use the water started began to have a chemical smell so we called and since there is no repair or technical support the sent a replacement. The replacement came and the ice maker did not work. So they then sent a THIRD replacement and this unit was a used unit. Don’t waste your energy or money.

Do not buy

Broke after only 3 months. No cold water after 6 weeks and then complete broke 2 weeks later.

Love the cooler and love the taste of the water.

Garbage stay away

The dispenser has a very small storage capacity. One glas of cold water and it neeeds 5 minutes to recover. Nearly a complete waste of money

Poor Quality

I've had this for a little over 3 years. One year, I was in a house that had a water softener and RO system, so I didn't need this. Recently, the cooling has completely stopped. The compressor never turns off and Brio said it's out of the 1 year warranty. A one year warranty, just long enough to be considered a "warranty" but not long enough to cover poor manufacturing and just over all cheap products.

Water good, machine not so much

Water is perfect. A bit tedious to get it started but the quality is very good. Problem is machi e is not dispensing propwrly cant dispense more than a cup and customer service is not responding. They gave me a task to do to reset but it didnt work. I sent the info theu reequested and now no answer. Not happy about that. If i could gix the issue ratting would be alot higher

Freeze ups

I've had this dispenser for a couple years. It was great until I replaced the filters. Now, it freezes every time I try to use it. It doesn't dispense anything anymore!

Doesn't work after a couple months

I have had this filter and it stopped producing water after a month it has only been only a couple months and this second filter is starting to do the same thing where is it not producing water.

Buyer beware. The number on their website gives a busy tone whenever i call. I contacted them about returning via email 3x and have no response.

Far to expensive and time consuming to maintain

This system will cost more than the purchase price to run each year, and will take many hours to maintain. I had this unit installed 6 months ago in my home gym. The cooler looks fine, water tastes good, and the chiller works, However, I was very surprised by the cost and time needed to change the filters. The 4 filters cost $165 every six months to replace. The process is very fime consuming as the unit has to be manually drained, which took about 30 minutes, and each of the new filters has to be manually flushed for at least 10 minutes, and then the unit needs to be put back together. It is about a 2 hour job with all the clean-up needed (there was water everywhere) too. This is just to change the filters. Then there is regular cleaning and descaling which needs to be performed every 3-6 months, also with products from Brio. So after 6 months, apparently I can no longer return the product, so I am returning the filters, and throwing out the cooler, as it is far too costly and time consuming to maintain.

We bought this for our office, it's a good water cooler for a smaller office. Install was pretty simple, more issues with my own plumbing than the water cooler's. Overall, very good.

Great Product

Issues with water at room temperature

Excellent costumer service, but the equipment although is good have some issues with the water at room temperature. The first unit we bought never worked a water at room temperature, we returned and was replaced with a new one and this one supply a normal and good amount of cold and hot water but the room temperature after one cup takes long to can supply another cup and sometimes is very cold.

Misleading Room Temp Feature -- Basically a Scam.

Claims to deliver hot, cold, and room temp water. The max output of room temp water is ~16 oz. It takes 15-20 mins to regen. My guess is no reservoir on RT side. The Hot/Cold tanks are not very large either. My office has 4 people and we're pushing it to its limit.
