I had ever take the time to write reviews but I had a pretty bad experience with this unit.

I am very satisfied

I always make sure I do extension of warranty to protect my water dispenser. I am very satisfied that you have an excellent customer service. The only disappointment I have is the delivery method they did to this order. They just left it beside the community gate. I do not know if they tried to knock on my house.

Really nice unit, heats up the water fast and the taste of the water is better than expected.

With in one year it broke. Water keep dripping from dispenser. I was out for one week and when i come after week all my whole way is full of water. Damaged too much stuff.

Does not taste tight

Works well but the water does not taste right.

Much improved

Much improved compared to the previous A-5 that I purchased a little over a year back. Replacing the 3 taps with 1 and soft touch electric switches instead of the "push down really hard" mechanical levers.
