It chills and dispenses water, but shop in person!

It chills and dispenses water just fine, and actually the taste is pretty good. I’ll start with the pros, in fairness. I’ve used all kinds of systems before; this one with 3 filters and a UV system is really all you need to be sure you’re drinking good clean water. Bottleless is nice to not have to refill/exchange, and the capacity is better than reverse osmosis (plus no “drain” needed). I haven’t tried the hot but the temp and taste on the cold faucet are great. It did take a few hours to get chilled, which the manual says to expect.

Poor design

Bought this unit and thought it was the solution to my filtered water woes. It is a nice looking unit and seems like a sensible approach. It has a major design flaw, it seems one cannot dispense water using the push paddles without spilling water. Every time we use a cup or glass to press the paddles for water dispensing, the water continues to flow for a split second as you are pulling away and water splashes outside the cup/glass. Happens every time. We need to keep a rag handy for cleanup. Very disappointing.
