Decent

Easy install/setup and functional. But, I HATE the flush rule with each new bottle install... it's tedious. Reverse osmosis water isn't cheap so I don't care to discard 1ltr of water everytime, especially when I don't use the hot water feature (I keep it off).

Dripping Already

After one week this water cooler is dripping from the cold spigot. Only the second bottle of water. Had to drain it, tried a different bottle as I heard a bad bottle could cause that but same thing.

This cooler is perfect for my as pace no hassle setting up.

Love it great for the home

The hot water worked great, the cold side did not ever work. It was returned after 2 weeks with no hassle.

Leaks!!

It’s leaking!! Just a few weeks past return window! Bought this June and it’s leaking!

Works as expected. No container in the fridge now.

So far so good! I listened to the 6 inch from the wall rule. Amd if you follow the directions, and put the bottle on then pour a few cups of water through the hot and cold. Turn the power to heat and chill.

The drain in the back leaked as soon as I put water in it. Had to rig it myself

I had this less than a month no more hot water it cost more to get it fixed than to buy another one beware it's cheap do not buy

Unfortunately we had to replace our existing Glacier Bay top load water dispenser after less than one year because the condenser failed. The unit leaked refrigerant all over my new hardware floors. Very disappointing.

Skunked water

After we got this item at my office we started having an issue with the water smelling and tasting very bad. At first we thought it was the water but it messed up 3 five gallon bottles of water within a day of putting it on. We tried to clean it but nothing helped. We ended up buying a different one.

Ordered on line.bigger than I expected, it's a good thing. Delivered quick and the water is very hot and very cold. The blue light is perfect for nighttime.

I bought one about a year ago for my office. We were so happy with it, and it's price, that I just bought three more for my warehouse.
