Works when it works

We bought this unit in April 24 in July 24 it stop chilling the water and Brio replaced it. Now in Oct 24 it stopped chilling the water again.

This water filtering system is top notch. One of the best that I have tried.

Crystal clear water. Easy to install.

Works great till it does not.

Ran a water line into the garage to the machine. Machine worked great for 3 months. Now the machine stopped cooling the water. Reset, restarted, reprogramed the cold water and no luck. made sure 9 inches from the closest wall, still nothing. The once thirst quenching cold water is not cold any more and all users are complaining. Going to bring back to HD. I cant imagine it just a glitch.

This is an expensive cooler, but the finish is great and the water is good.

Beeping non stop and no support from Brio.

Machine will not stop beeping. Loudly! Customer service take 48-72 hours to respond and nothing is actually helpful. Its been two weeks. Cant call anyone.. Filters changed, sensor dried, buttons pressed then lock button pressed... Still beeping and little help. This after 8 months of use.

No replacement filters

I’ve searched all over the place and cannot find any replacement filters for this model

Almost a 5-star rating... I like the machine and I believe it works well. I had to request a replacement machine because the first arrived dented in a few spots. The second arrived less dented. I was tired of shipping the machine back so I kept this one. The manual seems to be missing important information on setup. The "RO" / third filter in this model cannot be attached to the filter flush kit. (The directions just imply that all cartridges should be flushed)

overall, a good choice

Its been one week we started using this unit. I like the unit so far. I love the design. good water speed. all required parts are included. quite motor. UV cleaning is another plus.

38 year old pipes

Interesting setting it all up. However i can run water from a 38 year old building through the system and it taste and tests like perfect clear water. Hot function gets my teas and oatmeal perfect temperature. I am beyond satisfied.

Great Purchase!

Great tasting water and installation is quite simple (discounting the 14" thick block wall between water and cooler like me!) even for those not too plumbing-savvy. Water capacity and flow is working well for our family. The only small quibble I have is from an energy usage standpoint, I wish the hot water were on demand rather than maintaining it hot at all times as we don't use it frequently and it takes about 15 minutes to come to temp...like I said, pretty minor grievance!

Best purchase of the year!

Saved me over $200 a month from a water delivery service. Received a unit with cosmetic damage and customer service was great! Water tastes amazing!

Clear Water with Brio 4-stage Cooler

We bought this Brio Moderna Reverse Osmosis Bottle Less Water cooler a week back (Model: CLPOU720UVRO4) and it is awesome. It operates silently and provides both hot and cold water. You can set the temperature too :)!

Unless your install installation has a very close proximity to a sink (water and drain source) difficult to install. If a small part on the device fails Brio does not have replacement items.

The solution to perfect water!

I have had the Brio Moderna R/O bottle-less water cooler for around one month now and couldn't be happier. I was using the competitors' bottom load dispenser user for the last 7 years and was tired of refilling or finding replacement bottles. I'm fairly handy and installed the unit myself in about an hour and a half without any issue. The readout of the total dissolved solids of my source water is around 110 ppm and this unit produces bottled water quality water at around 4-6 ppm. The taste is perfect and actually better than I was getting with the competitors' brand bottled dispenser. Another bonus is the unit operates quietly as well. One last thing I would add is the Brio Moderna dispenser is cosmetically appealing. Any visitors we've had all commented that it looks very nice and modern. If you're tired of bottled dispenser and want bottled water quality water you need this product in your life!

Been waiting for this product

I originally had the Brio cooler with RO but i called months back asking if they had the same filtration method inside the new and cool looking moderna cooler they released. They informed me that it was on the way and Would reach out once it was in stock. I wanted the same filtration method but with this cool looking new innovative cooler. Glad they released this product and I’m also glad their customer service follow through with their word!
