I used a different water jug, 3.5 gallons leaked all over my floor! I really hope that doesn’t happen when I use an actual Primo water bottle!

I like the dispenser but the pet bowl was never placed in with the unit so I can buy a buy or pack this back up and in store return only. Overall fail for me

it has not cooled any water after 24 hours of being plugged in. I was super hopeful because i really liked the pet bowl station.

seems to work fine, the top part did come off once, but think it was because the jug was not completely empty.

We have had this product for about a month now and love it. When it arrived it was packaged very well but easy to unpack. We bought it mostly for the purpose of the pet bowl feature. I’ve been looking at these for a few years now and finally decided on this one. I love this product! Don’t forget to register it too.

Water machine

Really like this machine! The hot water is HOT! My animals LOVE the water bowl!

Product works fine , however I have to dents in the stainless steel front plate.

This cooler was very reasonable and Primo is a top brand. The pet bowl is GREAT!! I didn’t realize when I bought it, that the bowl literally attaches to the base of the cooler and you press the “paw” button and bowl fills up. I would recommend this!

The item doesn’t get cold and the hot water dispenser isn’t working either. The coupons the company sent also expired 2023. Item was NOT as expected and DOES NOT work.

Best cold water and hot water I have ever had. And the attached pet bowl is awesome. I love that the dispenser part is tall enough to put my water bottle under and not have to tilt it to get water in it

It is much better than the one rented from readyrefresh with a bonus pet bowl. love it

Love this. The dog water bowl has a removable Insert which makes it super easy to clean. My dogs love it because their water is always cold now with the push of a button.

Love this cooler!

We have had this cooler for 5 years and love it. No issues, water is cold and the dog bowl feature is awesome. I have also bought Primo water coolers for our business and have never been disappointed.

Good water cooler

Overall pleased with this water cooler the dog bowl is a huge bonus and time saver. Also the ability to turn off the hot or cold options is great for when they are not in use. My only complaint is the coupon book with free exchanges/refills expired in 2023!? Not sure if Home Depot will honor them still. I contacted Primo through their site… no response…

The water cooler works great. Love the dog bowl feature. This is my second one, my first one broke after 5 years. The dog bowl dispenser wouldn’t stop dripping water.
