One Month But Love It

It's only been one month but so far we love it. We purchased the Brio to replace a different brand that stopped working. The Brio is so quiet and we really like the room temperature option. We highly recommend it

Different Self Cleaning Feature than Advertised

I ordered this to replace the same model CLBL520SC that I purchased 3 years ago (which is now broken). Be aware the features on the unit I just received 9/30/2024 are NOT the same features as the old one despite the same model number and don't match the description. Instead of an Ozone Self Cleaning feature there is a UV cleaning feature. Further the manual suggests cleaning with citric acid every 3 to 4 months which was not recommended on the older model with Ozone.

We love our water cooler! It’s easy to set up and the filtered water is so nice for our family - I would recommend this product

Great cooler

This item is great. When i first received my water cooler it had a big dent in it. I reach out to customer service and they were very nice. They sent out a new one within 2-3 days and swap it out the damaged one. The first one water was not cold, but when received the new cooler the water was so nice and cold.

Great unit and customer service

Have loved this dispenser compared to a few other brands that I have tried. Great water output, the self cleaning feature is useful and I’m a big tea drinker and the hot water makes my life easier!!!

Great dispenser.. way better quality and look than a few other brands I have tried.. love the self cleaning feature and instant hot water!! Have had a few issues with my unit but the customer service has been friendly and helpful in trying to resolve the issues..

Water tastes like plastic...

Water tastes like plastic even though reservoir is claimed to be stainless steel. The appearance looks like a low price water dispenser.

Perfect Water Cooler Addition

This machine was a great replacement for my older version! It is the perfect addition to my kitchen and matches all my appliances! I love the hot cold and freezing temperature water it offers as well as the sleek non bulky design! I would highly recommend and also would love to purchase a second machine for another floor of my home! Perfect for hot summer days! Much needed for any home!

customer service tell you what they want to hear

I'm not so happy with customer service. I received a damaged cooler, returned it which was not a easy process. And now I'm still waiting for the replacement 2 week later!!
