I do really like it. One side is slightly dented but don't want to return. Could be a little colder water as well but it's a good unit if it keeps working. I'm happy.

I joy this water dispenser for 5 months now and it Wes leaking all over my caper . Not out bottle broken if the dispenser .was great for 3 months. Now totally cracked on some where!

Great product. Convenient and easy to install. Cold and hot water at your fingertips. Doesn't take up a lot space.

Easy to set up with good instructions, looks nice, works great, easy to use. Like that you have the option to turn on/off the hot and cold water separately (I don't use the hot water, so there is no reason to just constantly use energy to run the heating coil.

Good cooler

Water does not get weird flavors out of the cooler. If you need more than 2 cups of hot water then go ahead and get your tea pot out. Good option we got rid of so much many half bottles and plastic waste.

It's good to have fresh water

Product works well enough and the support staff is great. The only complaint is that the cold water dispenses so slowly. Sometimes we go to the tap just so we don't have to wait!

The opening for the dispensers is short

The opening for the dispensers is short, especially when using push paddles. You can't put a standard 500 mL water bottle flush against the push paddle. You have to lean it in and this causes water spillage just about every use.

NOT A LARGE ENOUGH SPACE UNDER DISPENSING SPOUTS

It's an attractive, quiet unit BUT, the space beneath the dispensing spouts is far too short even to fit a travel bottle much less a tea kettle. Also, the rate of the flow is very slow as is the time it takes for the water to get cold even with the HOT water turned off. I wish it had 8 more inches of space beneath the spouts. Don't expect to refill a large amount of bottled water at any one time as it simply only cools 15 ounces. I also found the exact same cleaning crystals online for MUCH cheaper than avalon charges, so do your research before you order theses crystals. You don't need all the accessories that come with their cleaning kit as you can use your own kitchen gadgets & gloves to clean it. It's rated #2 in the bottom bottle dispensers.

Bad wiring could cause a fire.

This cooler worked well, but one day the hot water feature stopped working. I looked at the back of the unit and saw a red wire hanging down with a burnt off end. Luckily this didn't cause a larger fire. I contacted Avalon and they said the unit is past the one year warranty and they could only offer 15% off a new one. Very disappointing they did not offer to replace the unit for FREE. This product may be a fire hazard for other customers.

This is the second Avalon I have had The first one lasted Over seven years I just love it. It is a lot more economic than buy bottle water. We have a well and refill a 3 gallon bottle from our water tap. Everyone that uses it says the water is just cool enough and it is hot enough to use with instant coffee. I would recommend this to anyone at is looking to buy a cooler

Do not buy!!

I bought this and within 6 months I came home to water all over the floor. I emailed the company and all they would do is send me a new tab for hot water. The tab does not line up with the tubing and although they said it was easy to replace it does not work and leaks

Great product for the price. However, it is taller than most water dispensers, so that makes it difficult to load the water bottle on top. I had to return the first unit I received because it was leaking from the bottom. I contacted the company and they sent me another one right away. Great customer service.

Ridiculous Loud.

Avalon told me the noise was normal after I sent them a video of how it sounded like an air compressor, literally. They made no attempt to rectify. I’m putting the video on YouTube so people can see how loud this unit is. Buy from someone else other than Avalon. They are horrible.

Lovely unit

Unit is in usage for 1 week. This is what I like so far... Lovely looking unit. Sleek and pleasing to the eye. Water could be 2-3 degree colder (I live in Fl) but that is not an issue. Unit is super quiet...That is a bit plus for me. Had a previous rental and that was loud. No leaks to report. Easy to set up.
